✨ Hotel Review: Neo+ Airport Hotel ✨
⭐⭐⭐⭐ (4/5 stars)
I recently stayed at Neo+ Airport Hotel and was pleasantly surprised by the experience. Located conveniently close to the airport, it’s a great option for travelers who need a comfortable place to rest before or after a flight.
🛏️ Room:
The room was clean, modern, and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and there was good lighting. I appreciated the minimalist design and efficient use of space. The Wi-Fi was reliable and fast, which was a big plus for me.
🍽️ Food:
The breakfast buffet had a decent variety, with both local and Western options. The food was fresh and well-prepared. Room service was also quick and reasonably priced.
🛎️ Service:
Staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. They also offered a shuttle service to the airport, which made my travel even easier.
🌆 Location:
The hotel is just a short drive from the airport, making it ideal for layovers or early flights. There’s not much to do in the immediate area, but it’s perfect for a quick, restful stop.
🧼 Cleanliness:
The hotel was spotless. Common areas and the room were very clean, which made me feel comfortable and safe during my stay.
👍 Overall:
Neo+ Airport Hotel offers great value for money. It’s not a luxury resort, but for a transit hotel, it delivers exactly what you need: comfort, cleanliness, and convenience.
Would definitely stay again if I need a place near the airport!
Hotel provide bus to airport drop off and pickup service which is very good and close to airport. Just 15mins to airport, is a good choice to stay here if you get to airport early.
Hotel nearby got KFC Starbucks and the nearest shopping mall will be PIK 30mins to there.
Overall ok
A convenient option near the airport, especially for couples in transit. The rooms are clean, the check-in is smooth, and the environment is quiet enough for a restful night. Couples who stayed had no complaints and seemed satisfied with the overall comfort and service. It's not fancy, but it does the job well for a short stay near Soekarno-Hatta Airport.
The room, bed and service are ok.
However, the buffet breakfast is extremely simple and the food is of very low quality.
A price of Rp 617,000 is high for Indonesian standards. Hence, we expected a good buffet breakfast.
However, there was little choice and the food was cheap, cold and of low quality.
Eg, for western people there's only very cheap white bread with low quality jam. No meat, no.vheese, no salad (tomatoes, lettuce, cucumber, etc), no wheat bread, etc.
But also the Asian rice, noodle, fish and vegetable dishes were of low quality and cold (they should be hot).
My Indonesian partner asked for sausage. She was offered corn. 😭
Prawn crackers were hard, there's almost no choice of sweet desserts and fruit.
To summarise, a room in accordance with the price but a breakfast of very low standards and nothing for western people, just a slice of low quality white bread with low quality jam. How pityful!
Nice and strategic place, close to residential areas and we can eat outside even though we don't eat at the hotel., thanks to hotel ibis budget Jakarta Indonesia
Best choice for transit and cooling quite good condition for the new

Great
GGuest UserI recently stayed at Fairfield by Marriott, and I have to say, it was a pretty decent experience. The location is super convenient, right next to the airport. Also there is periodical airport shuttle service which is very useful. But, it’s a bit of a letdown that there aren’t any local shops, restaurants, or other amenities nearby.
The staff was absolutely fantastic! They were super friendly and helpful, making sure I had everything I needed.
Now, let’s talk about the room dining options. They’re not exactly a feast, but the food is really tasty and offers great value for money. And the service was top-notch, always attentive and efficient.
One thing that did bug me a bit was the lack of toiletries. As a business traveler, I need things like razors and combs, and unfortunately, they weren’t provided. There wasn’t even any body lotion or hand liquid soap near the wash basin. And to top it off, there were only two 600 ml water bottles for two people (I was all by myself). That’s a bit too little, don’t you think?
But the biggest gripe I had was the absence of a writing desk. As a business traveler, it’s just not possible to work without a comfortable place to sit and focus. It’s a shame because Marriott is known for its great amenities, and this was a bit of a letdown.
Despite these minor hiccups, I was still quite pleased with my stay. I’ll definitely be back in the future!
AAI-CHANI had a wonderful experience during my stay. The staff were exceptionally pleasant, welcoming, and ready to help with anything I needed. From check-in to check-out, their professionalism and kindness made a real difference. The room was clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere of the place felt inviting and well-maintained. I truly appreciated the care and attention to detail, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended!
SSander ScheerAbsolutely recommendable place. Perfect location, and very friendly people behind the reception. Rooms are very clean, and the highlight is the roof top terras. also the breakfast is very good with a wide variety of choices. Also an excellent shuttle service from the airport.
ZZazaKakijalanThe hotel was very near with the airport and the free shuttle bus was very accomodating. For budget traveller it is good, but do not expect too much. The bus provided was very old van with no aircondition, but as long as you can reach the airport on time then it is acceptable. The hotel provide very basic amenities as for transit hotel. However, at night you can hear the noise like plate/spoon or pipe clattering and people's chatting.im not sure if it was sound from kitchen or the other room beside us. And the room got mosquitos. Overall the room okay.
MMariaFor transit is okay if only for few days
But in tthe first night when i wanna take shower in the toilet there is no soap or shampoo , but they have the place for the liquid only is empty then i only take shower with water 😭 cause my shampoo and soap is finish .
Only the towel looks very old and not so clean ,they looks old
LLydia Chong Siew LooThe room is awesome although it is the smallest room. I have everything I need. Amenities poor due to bad experience at the massage at level 2, made me waited almost 1.5 hours even with prior arrangement with the counter. Receptionist of the hotel helped me to make the booking. Terrible experience. The massage ladies sit there for show only dun know how to massage.
AAnastasiiaI liked everything, thank you for checking me in a little earlier, it’s clean, there’s hot water, the nearest mall is about 20 minutes away by taxi. I recommend it.
DDavid HerbertThis hotel is relatively close to Jakarta Airport and offers a free shuttle to the airport every half-hour or so. No doubt, when the hotel was built it was even more convenient than it is now, but a new freeway cuts off the direct access and so the drive to the hotel from the airport is a bit convoluted.
The hotel is very basic and there is not much around the hotel that is easily accessible by foot if you have a few hours to kill. There is a small (basic) restaurant at the entrance to the hotel and a few local restaurants (under tarpaulins) within walking distance. Some of the nearby hotels have restaurants and bars if you are looking for something a little more sophisticated (POP! hotel only has a vending machine in the lobby).
The walls are thin and you can hear noise in corridors and from neighbouring rooms, and the bathroom is compact and plastic, to put it politely.
It is a clean, basic, cheap and cheerful hotel, but don't expect sophistication.
LLaidlawGood location near airport. Lots of small local street shops and street food outside hotel. Close to indomaret and Alfamart. Helpful and polite staff. Clean rooms. Michael leave available in lobby. Electric kettle was provided on request.
メメイコウThe room is clean and air-conditioned! The young people at the front desk were very friendly and helpful, and taught me color 々 through the translation function.
Amenities included 1 soap, 1 towel, and a foot wipe mat. At least you should bring shampoo. The toilet is broken, so it is a method of pumping water into a bucket and flushing it. The shower is also a type of shower that draws water in a bucket. As the temperature is high, the water temperature is about the same as a hot water shower, so it's a little cold at first, but it's not frozen.
It's a little close to the airport and there's nothing around, but there's a restaurant next door (second photo) where you can eat a full meal for 300 yen, and you can buy drinks and snacks at the shop in front of you, so you can live a life. Don't have trouble I think.
