Traveling from Bandung I took the three hour train ride and then taxied to the airport. Arriving at the hotel, so easily accessible and right in Terminal 2 was a great end to the journey. Checking was efficient and Dafa brought my bags up the stairs and directly to my room with charm and a smile. When I left to catch my flight the next day, I was ready before the shuttle so Ahmad accompanied me from the hotel to the sky train both so I would find my way and so he could manage my two heavy bags. My whole experience not only made my morning flight out of Jakarta international Airport convenient, the care and attention to detail added to my entire journey. Having a choice of free transportation options at your disposal (shuttle every 30 minutes at the top and bottom of the hour, and sky train a 7 minute walk) makes it simple and convenient for any traveler. Oh, I almost forgot—the East meets West breakfast buffet was delicious. And the rooms were so quiet I never heard a plane even though I could see them.

Outstanding and highly convenient airport hotel. One of the nicest rooms I have ever had as I was upgraded to a deluxe suite on Level 3. I slept well in comfortable bed with separate bedroom. Only compliant was the shower was difficult to maintain a constant temperature and kept going cold then hot. One toilet also flushed weakly so did not use as I had two. The breakfast included was a bit disappointing with few western options. Strongly recommend and only 5 minutes walk to checkin for your Terminal 3 flight.

I took a shower and the room is floating with water, not sure where it came from. I was too tired so didn’t ask to change a room. Except this little incident, rest of the stay was fine.

We have been staying only one night, but unfortunately we have not managed to get a shuttle from the airport to join the hotel. We found a clean and functional room, and the staff was sympathetic and their basic English. The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable. The next day the shuttle to go to the airport is well organized and punctual. For one night, the hotel is very well suited. For a longer stay there is certainly better.

I had a layover in Jakarta, but not really enough time to leave the airport for my preferred off site hotel. Also the other airside hotel did not make any accomodations for arriving at 11AM and departing at 4 PM. I would have had to reserve 2 nights. Check in took moderate time. It was somewhat odd that I had to leave 50,000 RP deposit in cash. That is a very small amount of money for a hotel deposit. They stored my luggage onsite which was nice because airport check in was closed. This isn't really a hotel per se, rather it consists of space age looking sleeping pods. The pod is quite small for someone my size 6’4”, but I was able to lay down. They provided headphones (well worn) a bottle of water, a blanket, pillow, and slippers. There isn't much room for storage in the pod and they do provide a storage locker, but the attendant had to hotwire the lock so I kept my carryon in the pod with me. The air conditioner barely worked and the temp inside was 22C which was a bit warm for me. There is a decent sized TV on one end and some well worn headphones as well as USB charging port to charge up a phone or Ipad There is no bathroom. I had to leave the hotel area to use the bathroom in the terminal. It wasn’t a far walk, but a bit inconvenient since I had already put my shoes in the storage locker. There is zero sound insulation in the pod so you hear every word outside in the hall. Overall since I only had a 5 hour layover it was OK and nice to have a tiny bit of privacy. Considering the price it was a satisfactory place to relax for a few hours between flights

First of all, the hotel can not be canceled or changed, be careful! Let me talk about the hotel service staff are very good, but there is a Chinese old man, a bit pit. Finally, the shortcomings, the hotel mosquitoes, the room is a window inside the corridor, and can not be opened, the room exhaust fan is not easy to use, the room and the elevator have a strong aroma disgusting, toiletries only toothbrush toothpaste and low-grade 3 1 bath shampoo, the surrounding desert environment is not good.

Excellent service. Very friendly staff, eager to help. Nice restaurant which is open until 1am, we arrived on a late flight with jetlag so had a meal at 12:30am. Everything very new and clean. Big lg TV in room. Had a very good sleep, lovely comfortable bed/bedding. Good to be near the airport. Easy to arrange late check out which helped with the jetlag. Well done to the staff!

This was the second time I stayed at this hotel. As the first time, I only stayed for a night because it's conveniently located near the airport. This wouldn't be in my top 10 options if I was going to stay in Jakarta for longer than 2 nights. The staff is helpful and friendly and everything works pretty well. It's just that's far from interesting places to visit.

First off, I gave only 3 stars for overall experience due to bad dinner experience - took them over an hour to serve our food, citing severe staff shortage. Apart from that, it's actually quite a nice hotel, especially for airport/ transit hotel. It's apparently 4-star, although I'd say it's more like 3-star. Cost about the same as the really bad d'Primahotel at CGK terminal 1A, where I've stayed at once last year (never again!). Room was of good size, clean, and nicely decorated. It has small swimming pool on ground floor, which is more like plunge pool, only big enough to cool off not swim in. There was also a teeny weeny tiny gym. The hotel's rooftop bar is actually quite nice though. Staff is also very friendly and helpful. The hotel offers free shuttle to/ from CGK airport, which was pretty good. Just make sure you book ahead.

Extremly cheap and clean, nice staff, steady breakfast, good room, but NO window;( beds are hreat, towels white and shiny - it’s not luxury but i’s nice and sweet, close to the airport, taxi max payment is 80k, at the airport they try to ripe u off a d asked for 350k, 250k……i paid 80 to a real cool driver.
