The hotel environment is classy, the rooms are well equipped and clean. The staff are smiling, really helpful and professional. We highly recommend to everyone!

A comfy pod near terminal 3 with air con and charger ports and a bed. There is a TV that didn’t have anything on there, so don’t expect any Netflix.  The location is very convenient - about 3 minutes from domestic departures and 5 minutes from international. There are also lots of really nice restaurants nearby.   you can purchase different length of stays. Whether that be 6 hours or a whole day. One downside is that they can be quite noisy due to other people walking around and talking. So bring some ear buds.

The room itself was decent, though I was surprised there were no slippers provided (perhaps due to local custom?). Everything else was available and the area around the hotel was quiet. The front desk service was excellent, and they offered free luggage storage for a day. Being located right inside the airport, it's perfect for transiting passengers needing a rest or anyone arriving late at night in Jakarta. The breakfast was good too, with a wide variety of options.

Stay was okay, however when I entered the hotel, the counter staff member requested me paying up a fee for early checking in, even though I had booked the stay online. This was later solved when I showed him a proof of my receipt. Adding on to this matter, when I paid the deposit of 50K IDR, the staff member got the audacity to say my cash was “not blue” and initially did not want to accept it. I pushed on saying it’s 50K and then he accepted it. This all happened in 5.30am when I was jet lag and extremely tired after a long flight. I hope the hotel could be more thorough in selecting staff members so no travellers would need to go through what I had to go through.

Excellence service, Hardi and Mulyadi, the hotel front desk, help me to carry the luggage to hotel entrance.The room also clean, WiFi signal is alright during stay.

This hotel is for tourists who plan to transit or arrive at the late time. It’s useful for using with the themes like that, but the hotel is little bit old and there is only one floor. So, I needed to walk to my room for long distance. In addition, not all rooms have a hairdryer, so I waited for almost 30 minutes to get it. However, the staff are nice and breaking was also good. It was little bit scared when I slept because the area was so quiet and dark, but if you stay at the hotel for one night, I would recommend.

The staff and the cleanliness plus all the facilities. Although just a day but it is really outstanding. The only part that can be better is the room sink and bathroom drainage. Other than that it is all good even the breakfast so so so good.Thank you to all the staff at Sheraton Hatta.

Place not really clean but location superb. Close to airport and they provide pickup and drop off for free. For the price is unbeatable
