The service is terrible, the bathroom drains, there's hair laying around everywhere, it’s absolutely disgusting. When you ask for help, the crew is nowhere to be found. They lie about everything, from cleanliness to service. DO NOT GO HERE!

Unfortunately, my stay at Hotel El Toro did not meet expectations. The staff seemed unfriendly and inattentive, which made the experience feel unwelcoming. The hotel looked nothing like the photos online, which was quite disappointing. Additionally, the amenities were not as advertised, leaving much to be desired.

A magnificent place, after 2 days on the road, we were pampered by the teams who are all adorable without exception. The cleanliness of the suite was impeccable. Quality bedding. I highly recommend it, it's worth the detour.
