Taoyuan Zhongli District 3-star Hotels

I stayed with my two children. Our room had two double beds; one was quite soft, and the other had average firmness. The centralized air conditioning was fixed at about 23 degrees Celsius and couldn't be adjusted, making the room rather chilly. Fortunately, thick duvets were provided. We didn't encounter any mosquitoes, likely due to the cooler temperature. While bedside lamps were present, the overall room lighting wasn't very bright. Soundproofing was an issue; we could easily hear hallway conversations late at night. The bathroom was very spacious. Both hot and cold water were readily available, and the drain functioned perfectly without any clogs. A variety of dining options are available within a 5-minute walk. Zhongli Train Station and the long-distance bus terminal are also conveniently located just a 5-minute walk away.

Great hotel! The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The location is excellent, and it's conveniently close to the subway station.

The hotel lobby and the attitude of the front-desk staff is a bit disappointed. But the room status, size, amenities and breakfast varieties make up the scores so making this stay rated at 70% satisfaction. Watch the steps when walk in and out of the hotel lobby from outside. There is height difference between the lobby floor and the exterior foyer floor. There is nearby convenient store (7-11) and there is a shortcut to a near by hidden bar. The bar is a great place after 8pm and they only has 15 seats. Let me know if u want to go this hidden bar. Back to the hotel, the room’s sound proofing is good. Did not hear any strange noice from next doors at night😬😬. The picture is what i had in the balcony. It is a clean balcony. Try ask for higher floor in ur booking so ur view is not obstructed. I was placed at 9th floor. Pls ensure u r booking the Bentley hotel and not the Benz hotel. These 2 hotel has huge difference.

The hotel was in the best location in terms of transportation to Taoyuan Airport, Taoyuan Metro entrance was right beside the hotel. IMO corridors can be brighter and Shower is overdue for an upgrade, still need to step into the redundant bathtub to take a shower which was something I had to do in the 90s. Free breakfast was OK, nothing to should about.

One of the best 3 star hotels I've ever stayed at. Would even say it is better than most 4 star hotels I have been. Although it is about a 10 minute walk to the nearest MRT station (Laojie River), it is near to many good food and hidden gems, should one go out to look for them. The cafe area is also free to use in the afternoon to night time, where there is free coffee and tea, alot of sweets and even instant noodles to cook. Breakfast is also pretty good. Staff are really friendly, and will make you feel at home. The room was sufficient and comfortable, although there wasn't bathing towel for some reason. Overall a pretty good place to stay at in taoyuan for a night or two before heading into Taipei/catching a flight.

This was my second visit, and the experience was still great. The room was clean and well-appointed. It seems they frequently update their breakfast menu; the offerings were different from my last visit, but still quite delicious.

A very nice and professional hotel. I stayed in one the shared bathroom rooms. Plenty of space and everything was very clean. There is a little tea, coffee and snacks station that was a nice surprise. The front desk was great. Very welcoming and helpful. Exactly what I needed after a long flight

I Stayed at Benz hotel With my 4 year old child. Everything was Excellent, Specially my child enjoyed the Characters of Spiderman, Ironman etc. This theme makes Benz hotel more Special and kids Friendly as well. I will prefer this hotel for future trips and will recommend to my friends.Thank you 😊

This is my second time staying at this Cloud hotel and I gotten the same room again. The door has no side lock which might not feel like safe even though it is card access and there is a lock with the card access. Overall, great stay and the staff are polite and ask customer for their options to what time for them to do house keeping.

I booked a share room and it was very spacious. My space was the biggest I ever had in a share room ! The bed was very comfortable and clean. The share bathroom was not amazing but the hot shower was good 👍 The staff was very nice. The night duty manager spoke a bit of English and was easily using google traduction when it was a bit too complicated for her.
