We stayed at this hotel for one day, and our experience was neutral - neither exceptionally pleasant nor particularly bad. The hotel's cleanliness and location were notable positives. However, our room's fridge wasn't working initially, but it was replaced after we reported the issue. Unfortunately, the locker in our room wasn't functional. Given our flight was scheduled on the checkout date, we requested a late checkout, which was denied. We even offered to pay extra for a couple of hours, but the staff claimed there were no vacant rooms available. Interestingly, when we checked online, rooms were available, and the hotel later suggested we book online if needed. While I wouldn't categorize this hotel as bad, I do believe offering flexible checkout options when rooms are available would enhance the guest experience.
