The hotel facilities were outside and it is in need of some renovation to bring it in line with all the other 4 star hotels. The breakfast selection wasn't that great either. The staff however were very friendly and in particular Mr Rustom who was very friendly and helpful - top notch and a great personality and deserves a promotion. He managed to get us checked in 3 hours earlier than scheduled.

Great hotel in a fab location close to local market and artisan workshops. Really helpful and friendly English speaking staff. Lovely pool and a fab indian restaurant in the basement. Money exchange and cash point to boot!! What's not to like!

The hotel is quite big, but it is really old. The attitude of the service staff is also very good. The breakfast is also good. The hotel address seems to have some problems. If you directly enter the hotel name, you will get the wrong place.

The breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of options. The room was spacious and the bed was nice. Even though the heating wasn't on, it was very hot at night.
