Facilities: The hotel room is big enough, and the luxurious terrace is suitable for parties. The swimming pool will be available next week, and it is being cleaned these two days. The integrated shower is prone to splashing. The toilet flushing is fine, but the rebound valve is a bit ineffective, and it is easy to accumulate water. As a Chinese baby who has been taught to save water since childhood, I feel sorry for water resources.
Sanitation: The sanitation is generally clean and tidy. The linens need to be updated regularly, and some are old and frizzy.
Environment: The environment is good, in the back streets and alleys, not noisy. It's just that the ecology is too good, and the birds ”wake you up” early in the morning. The location is close to the airport, and the high-speed rail station is a little far away, so it is convenient to take a taxi. Realize the freedom of taking a taxi in Uzbekistan! China's new energy vehicle YYDS!
Service: Polite, the Chinese boss is more enthusiastic than the local employees, and gave a set of change commemorative coins before leaving. The comfortable + level taxi was booked for free to send to the airport, which is good! The breakfast is not rich enough, but considering the overall hotel price in Tashkent, it is completely acceptable. It is also delicious to go to the nearby chain coffee shop Bon! or Safia for breakfast

A real Chinatown in Tashkent.
Maybe someone is looking for exactly this kind of flavor, but I didn't like it.
The location is near the train station, so there are no questions about that.
The reception and check-in were not very friendly, but it will do.
The room left a very mixed impression:
The carpet is very dirty
There is a terrible polyethylene tablecloth on the table
There is a yellow stain from a leak on the ceiling
In the bathroom, everything is extremely scary and outdated,
But
The room size is normal
The beds are comfortable
There are robes
There are new towels
There is water and other disposable accessories for comfort
Overall, it is comfortable, but there is an unpleasant aftertaste
Tomorrow is a C, a lot of specific Chinese food.

It was a great experience to come to this hotel, I have to give it five stars!
As soon as I entered the corridor, I was amazed. The decoration was exquisite and elegant, the crystal chandeliers were dazzling, and the atmosphere was immediately filled with a sense of luxury.
Walking into the room, the layout is reasonable and warm. The bedding is white and soft, and it is super comfortable to sleep on, and I can sleep soundly until dawn. The windows have good light transmission, and the sun shines in during the day, making it warm. The staff is warm, attentive and responsive. This stay experience is great, I will come again next time!

Good location, close to transportation and attractions, convenient for travel. The room has an exotic style, comfortable bedding, but the facilities are a bit old and there are few sockets. The service staff has a good attitude, but the response to individual needs is slow. The catering is unique, but the breakfast variety lacks variety. The hygiene is generally good, but the corners are not clean. Overall it is acceptable, but there is still room for improvement.

Our family of three stayed in the Stylo Hotel's two-bedroom room and were very satisfied. The two-bedroom room has two bedrooms, one with a standard double bed and the other with two single beds. There are two bathrooms, one There is a shower facility, while the other one is simpler and does not have a shower. The living room is equipped with a large sofa and a TV. Please note that when using the remote control to adjust the volume, you need to push the volume button up or down to adjust the volume. The living room is connected to the kitchen, which is equipped with a full set of cutlery, dishes, cups and other tableware. Equipped with a small pot and a pan, it even comes with a dishwasher and a washing machine. There is a Chinese restaurant a few dozen meters south of the hotel on the same side of the road, and a series of large restaurants across the road with local flavors. There are also pizzas, etc. Across the road, turn north into the side street and there are some small restaurants, which are open until very late. There is a large supermarket chain Korzinka in the nearby Huawei company building. You can find it on Google Map or Amap. I found on the map that it is about a 10-minute walk from the hotel and should be the nearest large supermarket. There is a large bazaar on the east side of the intersection not far south of the hotel, selling vegetables and fruits. The hotel charges $15 per person for breakfast, which we didn't try. All in all, Stylo Hotel is a very good choice for family travel.

Good location, the main thing is that there are excellent cafes with local cuisine at reasonable prices, a market, pharmacies - everything is nearby.
About 800 m to the metro
Everything is ok in the room, clean, new, the only thing was cold, the air conditioner was set warmer, but it did not get warmer.
For breakfast there are fruits, dried fruits, pastries, vegetables, egg dishes, etc., you will not go hungry.

The location is very good, next to the TV tower and the Central Pilaf Center, and the subway station is right in front of the hotel. It takes 10 minutes by taxi to get to the Jianmuer Square, and it is not far away by half an hour. The hotel room is very large, and it feels like an old hotel. The facilities are not particularly new, but the service is online. You can exchange currency directly at the hotel, and there are receptionists who can speak Chinese. The hotel also has an essential oil spa on the C floor, which costs RMB 250 per hour, which is very cost-effective. The overall service standard is very high and the experience is very good. Recommended for those with children and parents to stay. I brought my father this time and it felt OK.
Hyatt Regency Tashkent enjoys a prime location in downtown Tashkent. Situated on Tashkent*s Navoi Street, this five star Hotel has perfect access to local landmarks, tourist attractions, shops and restaurants and has close proximity to corporate business offices and the Diplomatic community within the same area. Surrounded by beautiful landscaped gardens that are laced with water fountains, the hotel is adjacent to the prestigious National Library.
YYury2024.12.18
I have stayed at this hotel several times over the past seven years. The last time was in December 2024. The degradation of the infrastructure and the decline in service quality have become noticeable. When the temperature outside is below zero, the rooms become very cold, and a conventional wind is formed due to poor window insulation. The situation can be corrected by setting the air conditioner to high heat, but this dries the air very much, which is why you wake up with a headache in the morning. The quality of cleaning of public areas has sharply deteriorated. The toilets on the first floor are frankly dirty, there are stains on the floor and walls, especially in the area of the urinals, and an unpleasant smell. The napkins offered for wiping hands after washing are of poor quality. The hotel clearly needs repairs and renovation. And, for starters, improved management.

IIzzie_82Checking in was a nightmare I booked the hotel to stay 2 night before flying back to London. I checked in with my new wife as we just got married and the hotel reception demanded that we need a marriage certificate to stay at their hotel as my wife was Uzbekistan citizens and me being Uk. The reception was very rude unhelpful and even I was telling them that I am with my wife they didn’t want to check me in I found this very upsetting as I said if my girlfriend or female friend, wife was another nationality they won’t ask me for anything after talking to some fake managers that came to the reception they had to make so many phone calls to some places and after 45 minutes of waiting at the reception desk finally they checked us in was terrible no apologies was offered from 4-5 staff that had dealt with us 2 we’re supposed to be management which am not sure I feel they lied. I wasn’t happy at all with this from such a large hotel chain which I have used them in other locations. Room was good sized clean but service in general was poor for such a new hotel. Even morning breakfast staff no one ever said good morning or anything. There was no security at the front door ever when we came in or left the hotel to see local tourists attractions. Avoid the bar too expensive and cocktails weren’t great head to local restaurants for cheaper drinks. It’s a shame I can’t rate the service less than 1 stars if I could I would rate the service 0 stars. We stayed at the Wyndham in Tashkent as well with my wife didn’t have issues and staff there were fantastic.
GGuest UserComplete facilities, clean and tidy, good sound insulation, not noisy on the roadside, there is a hamburger restaurant and a large supermarket next to it, it is very convenient for eating and shopping, the key is that the price is right in Tashkent, the cost performance is very high
GGeoffLet me talk about the hotel booking first. The booking was for 8/19, and it cannot be changed on 8/10. Whether you stay or not, you have to pay the room fee. Normally, there is no problem, but if there is force majeure, such as flight cancellation due to weather, the loss is all the guests, and the hotel has no loss. I provided proof of the airline's weather reasons, but the negotiation was fruitless, and I lost one day's room fee. The funniest thing is that I booked 4 nights, and I have to stay for the remaining 3 nights, and I can't refund it. If I don't stay, I will be deducted directly. Is this an overlord clause? I don't know how Ctrip negotiated the agreement with the hotel and the agent. Are foreign hotels so strong? I hope that domestic customers will not be taken advantage of. Ctrip still needs to improve in this regard. Of course, Ctrip's customer service attitude is still good, actively communicated, and finally gave 100 yuan in compensation.
Let's talk about the hotel itself. The hotel is in the downtown area, relatively close to the square and shopping center, and you can walk there. But the room is a bit small. The deluxe room is 33 square meters, but there is only one room, one bathroom and one cupboard. I estimate it to be about 28 square meters (room and bathroom 5x5 + 3 square cupboard and bathtub). The facilities are relatively simple. The basin is relatively small overall. The bathtub is a bit narrow and not wide enough. People who are a little fat can't move around. The sound insulation is poor. The sound of various cars on the road at night can be heard clearly. The breakfast is very Western style, which Chinese people may not be used to. There are many varieties of cheese, various sweet local cakes and fruits, which I feel I can't eat. Compared with the room rate of nearly 1,000 yuan a day, I feel that the cost performance is indeed not high. I have to question whether I will stay here next time❓
AAnonymous UserLike the location and full of amenities and big space in room
Service is so good I like it
In my opinion the breakfast is not for everyone’s prefers and lack of variety
But I was upset about the shower bc all flour is always full of water after taking shower I think it has to be fixed
GGuest UserThe hotel we stayed in was very close to the airport, in the city center, and close to various scenic spots. The hotel owner whom I met through ** is very enthusiastic. The accommodation room is clean and sanitary, the bed is soft and comfortable, and it is much cleaner than the bathrooms in hotels of the same price.
RRamonI arrived at 2300 and there is a monopoly of taxis. Frankly, I just wanted to get to the hotel so I hired the official airport taxi (there is a stand before customs, as well as money change facilities). The driver had a little difficulty locating it, but it is actually a couple hundred of meters from a mayor street.
After traveling in China, I was relief to notice that the people at the hotel speak English (thanks Haselbeck). The room is clean and right behind the reception, at street level. Since the windows open, I asked Haselbeck about the crime situation and he laughed, stating that this doesn't happen in Uzbekistan.
Breakfast was very good, with cold meats, eggs, cereal, cookies, cake, tea, coffee and blynis. While having breakfast I spoke to a person from India who was working is Tashkent about how he transports, since the Metro is about 1600 m away. He laughed it and told me to use Yandex Go and order taxis. Great find! They are really inexpensive .
MMatthiasThe hotel is run by Chinese, not by locals which can be good or negative up to you.
In the hallway it smells smoky, aber the room was free from that smell.
+large plus they have a fridge with Chinese drinks, like tea or Chinese redbull
+owner is really friendly
Would stay again
GGuest UserBecause the special circumstances, this review is only about the the services. Because I mistakenly booked our flight one day earlier than our hotel booked (at another hotel), we found ourselves without a hotel room in the middle of the night. I tried all booking platforms and failed to find one allowing me to book that night because it had passed the mid night and were only showing the “new date”. Finally I accidentally bumped into Star Hotel and allowed me to still book that night.
The owner of Star Hotel was shocked when we showed up around 1am, because he had closed booking for that night. But still he welcomed us and frankly explained that the rooms were all booked and would let us choose a room reserved for their employees. They saved us from a night in the streets and the owner and his staff were very kind, friendly and helpful! We are forever grateful !
DDonovan_lNestled amidst the vibrant streets of Tashkent, the Ramada Tashkent offers a tranquil oasis for travelers seeking both comfort and convenience. From the moment I stepped into the grand lobby, I was greeted with warm smiles and impeccable service, setting the tone for an unforgettable stay.
The rooms at Ramada Tashkent exude a sense of understated elegance, with modern furnishings and plush bedding that provide the perfect sanctuary after a day of exploration. There was not much of a view of the city skyline (as we were on level 2), but every detail was carefully curated to ensure a restful and rejuvenating experience. They even sent a complimentary fruits platter to the room as it was my mother’s birthday. Definitely will come back and stay again.
Advantages
✅10 min to/ from the airport
✅1km from Tashkent train station
✅Some food options within walking distance
✅Nice and quiet neighbourhood
