Internet was overloaded and non usable at night but there was no one to fix the issue. Dishwasher kept beeping with an error message but no one to help. Room was a bit outdated, and it would've been better if the hot pools admission were included in the superior cabin stays, especially when half of the pools were out of commission for renovations.

I booked a Cabin with Kitchen, It did not mention, the Shower and toilet are shared.
When I take the option in Trip.com, The rest of Cabin did mention shared Bathroom and Toilet, Mine did not mention it was shared.
The staff told me to upgrade it to other Carbin with Own bathroom. I said, it should not be a upgrade, it should included. I said : May I talk to the manager? She said, results will be the same.
If it is a shared Bathroom, it should state in decription.
Other than this, everything is fine and good.

Cold weather 8 degrees at night! But the heater is not working in the living room and bedrooms!
Only the heat pump is working in the living room!
The staff is helpful to give one more blanket to my wife!

Great place to say with lots of amenities especially for caravaning. Range of accommodation options. It was a pity the hot pools were still under renovation since 2023. Service was great!
