The most upscale and expensive five-star hotel in the area with a very low cost-performance ratio. The hotel breakfast is very average. We booked a room for more than 4,000 yuan a night and stayed for three nights. There was no toilet paper, no toothbrush, no shower cap and cotton swab in the room, and no razor. I asked the front desk twice before it was delivered, and it was only delivered once in three days. The slippers were wet and they were not changed for room cleaning. Only one pair of slippers was given in three days. It's incredible... The hotel's sauna costs 60 euros per person, and the free one can only be used at the public sports venue across the road. We have stayed in countless five-star hotels in Europe every year. This is a hotel with poor cost-performance and service!

The Hotel was lovely. We had a room overlooking the pool which was very clean and made up every day beautifully. The grounds were amazing all tiered with fantastic plants. The beach had easy access and was a great place to sunbathe. The food was really good and the bar had a good choice at a reasonable cost. We would go there again with friends. We didn't see any entertainment for kids so maybe not ideal. You can walk for miles along the beach and there is plenty of shops and restaurants. The staff were exceptional all very friendly and helpful.

We had a wonderful week at the hotel Fariones. It is a beautiful hotel both inside and outside in the fabulous grounds. We really couldn’t fault the lovely bedrooms, the pool area and the delicious breakfast, where you are spoilt for choice! Every member of the waiting and housekeeping staff was friendly and helpful and we were very impressed by the guest relations team - Harriet, Laura and Barbara. They are a credit to the hotel. We loved it here! The hotel its self is stunning! Every detail is great! It’s so nice on the eye! Staff were great. Breakfast was very very good and the food at lunch was 10/10. The reason for a 4 star rating and not a 5 star, is that we had 2 young children and there was nothing at all for the to do! Even the pools were freezing! So they got very bored very fast! If this was an adult only hotel then it’d be somewhere id come back with my wife for sure!

Unfortunately this was one of the worse booking experiences I have ever encountered. They got my dates wrong numerous times, did not price match, were slow answering, sent conflicting information and repeatedly refused to answer basic and pertinent questions.

Have to say we haven't stayed in this beautiful hotel but we do like to come in for a cocktail or two. After visiting Nov 24 then again in Feb and April of this year, we called again last week to have cocktails and I was shocked at how much of a price increase there has been. Cocktails have normally been around the €8.50 price. Last week we didn't ask for the menu as we knew what we wanted and I'm glad we only ordered the one as they had gone up in price to €12 each. I understand this is a luxurious hotel but that's a huge increase since we visited in April. Needless to say we won't be drinking there again. I have always recommended this hotel to friends for lovely drinks in beautiful surroundings too.

This hotel is on a different level,absolutely top class. The staff are so good and polite and nothing is too much trouble for them.I lost my wedding ring and thought it was gone for good,but amazingly they found it in the laundry room,how's that for service !.You will not find a better hotel in Lanzarote, 5 star without a shadow of doubt,simply the best !

The outdoor areas were stunning, meticulously maintained, and created a serene atmosphere that made it a joy to simply wander around the grounds. The hotel’s location couldn’t be better – right on the beach with breathtaking views of the ocean. Watching the sun set from the terrace felt like something out of a postcard. If you’re coming to Lanzarote and want a truly exceptional experience, this hotel is an absolute must!

We had a fabulous break here for 7 days mid January 2025. From arrival to departure our stay here was first class. The staff at this hotel are super friendly and always happy to help. We had a free upgrade to a suite with a first class sea view. We really could not fault anything about this hotel. Planning to come back later this year.
