酒店2024年新開業，位於特克斯八卦城北面的喀拉薩依村內，選址應該有意識和喧囂的縣城保持了不遠不近的距離，這樣客房和三樓天台都可以眺望遠處的城鎮和天山。酒店整體設計將哈薩克民族風格融入現代設計中，無論是接待大廳、大廳與客房間的連廊、客房還是餐廳都頗具匠心。正如店家宣傳的，房間內的浴缸、吹風機、洗浴用品都是“牌子貨”，晚餐在餐廳點了蘑菇湯、羊排，製作都很見水平，整體品質和檔次相較價格來説算得上實在，稱得上體驗很好的度假酒店，如果恰巧路過八卦城或者喜歡安靜不妨一住。
建議：可能是為了掩蓋和吸附新裝修的傢俱和甲醛味在房間內放了香、盆栽和土？對過敏人士可能不是太友好，建議提供無香房間。

很好的民宿，可以説是五星級民宿，民宿整體很漂亮，很出片，房間設施齊全，用品高端舒適，寵物友好，有衹可愛奶牛貓，超級可愛。特克斯是個特別漂亮的八卦城，晚上的步行街特別漂亮，建議都來看看。

很滿意的酒店，乾淨衞生，酒店環境挺有設計感的。洗浴用品都是佰草集的，衞浴五金好像是toto，很棒。除了走廊燈光過於昏暗，其他都蠻好的。早餐還算豐富，也可以吃正餐，就是略貴。酒店風雨連廊很出片，有個院子，有天幕。整體而言，蠻不錯的
