"1️⃣ The room matched the pictures, but there was hair on both beds, even though no one had slept on them. The housekeeper seemed quite agitated when she came in. We clearly stated that we believed they had changed the sheets, but the obvious hair was unpleasant, and we hoped they could change them again. The housekeeper was also quite aggressive, repeatedly asking what we wanted. We clearly stated that changing the sheets would solve the problem. She probably didn't want to change them, so she gave us the room next door. The pillows in the next room also had obvious yellow stains, and the sheets still had hair. I showed it to the housekeeper, and she said they were old and their eyesight wasn't good, and that they had already changed the sheets anyway! In the end, we didn't change rooms, and the housekeeper didn't change the sheets or duvet covers! 2️⃣ We booked a twin room for three people, and the room was for two people. We asked the housekeeper for an extra pair of disposable slippers and a bath towel, but she kept passing the buck, saying there were some in the room. I explained that there were three of us, and two sets in the room, which wasn't enough. The housekeeper kept repeating that there were some in the room! Since you saw three of us checking in and assigning us a room, I assumed you accepted three people. Is it reasonable for me to ask for an extra pair of disposable slippers and a bath towel? I didn't ask for more than the number of guests. 3️⃣ The bedside lamp on the left side of the entrance kept flickering, and the lights in the whole room seemed to flicker constantly, making it very uncomfortable for my eyes while lying in bed. When traveling, we don't need overly enthusiastic service. Just meeting our reasonable requests is fine. Asking for disposable toiletries was met with hesitation and extreme reluctance. The sheets and duvet covers had obvious hair, and we asked for new ones, but they weren't changed in the end, so we just slept in them anyway."

There were many highlights: the police station next door, super peace of mind, and there was a floor-to-ceiling drying rack at the door of each room. I came back every day and dried my clothes. The most pleasant surprise is that there is a large yard, super comfortable. The bedding smells of sunshine. Auntie washes and sunbathes in the big yard every day, which is very praised!"

"Xinjiang in this season is truly wonderful! I was a bit apprehensive checking into Qiong Valley Bay Wild Luxury Camp after seeing a bad weather forecast for Qiongkushitai, but it turned out to be an unexpected surprise. The valley, shrouded in mist on a rainy day, made the spruces look exceptionally vibrant. Right outside my door was a picturesque, ink-wash painting-like secret wonderland. The room facilities were excellent; the radiant heating kept the entire room clean, warm, and comfortable. From the terrace, I could see the camp's cattle, sheep, and horses, offering a perfect blend of wild charm and luxury. The staff provided incredibly thoughtful service. From check-in to check-out, they gave me a map of the entire, very large camp, introduced me to the facilities and public spaces, and had shuttle carts for getting around. The butler handled luggage and guest transfers. With fewer people and beautiful scenery due to the rain, I truly experienced a secluded and slow-paced lifestyle. The restaurant had a lovely ambiance, and the Sichuan cuisine was a warm comfort. The breakfast selection was rich and on par with international five-star standards. Visiting Qiong Valley Bay on a rainy day offered a different kind of healing."

"The hotel has 3 buildings. We were staying in building 2 at the 4th floor. There was no hot water. After 20 minutes the water was a little warm. People came checking, the solution was put both hot water cranes, shower and sink on! It doesn't really helped, more than a little warm. That's it. They told us that the hot water boiler is in building 1 with a pipe under the parking place to building 2. Hopeless!! A day later I want to have shower, still no hot water. After complain at the desk we could have a room in building 1. Here was at least hot water. Wifi is on and off. If the central powerswitch is on it keeps going. For the light you can use one other switch. The breakfast is chinese only. Start early or there is less to choose. They don't fill it up. For touristic information you must not be in the hotel. We could get some information at the busstation. There is no tourist information office at all in Tekes, only at Kalajun Ecological Tourist Area for visiting Kalajun grassland."

However, this particular all-season hotel felt even better. I highly recommend the suite; it's very spacious and comfortable, more than enough for four people."
