Just enjoyed an absolutely fabulous 2 days at this hotel and spa celebrating my sisters 50th. Everything about the stay was excellent and the spa was something else, it has to be experienced. The room was very modern and a wide range of amenities, all food we sampled was delicious and the staff all went above & beyond. Thank you to the Rabbit hotel for making this celebration so special and I can’t wait for an excuse to return

Spent a 1 night stay with my wife on the full works package and really enjoyed our stay, it's not your run of the mill luxury hotels , more of a quainty/boutique vibe which i personally enjoy. Very well maintained gardens and plants that are plentyfull and placed in areas creating a nice environment. Staff were friendly and helpful at all times , Adam escorted us to our room and was pleasant / enthusiastic to share information. We met a Tunisian barman , a Greek man and a Polish man along with some homegrown members of staff all on point!! Treatments were great .a jacuzzi's every where with various pressures. We will be back. Oh and Rachel bid us farewell ✌️ E & B

We arrived on Saturday and was extremely disappointed. The Roman bath was cold. The bar attendant said it was 35 degrees but it definitely wasn’t, or felt it. We couldn’t stay in long. The jacuzzi’s were packed because everyone avoided the bath so we didn’t experience this. The food was average, my fillet steak was exceptionally small, over done and at £50 ridiculously priced. I had a guest over from England with me and unfortunately she just wanted to leave early as she was too cold. I paid £180 for the spa and meal and expected a lot more. We won’t be back

Spa is amazing. Food and drinks excellent - great cocktails. The only thing we were disappointed with was our bathroom in our room. The grouting was mouldy, there was damp on the wall causing paint to peel. Rooms unfortunately do not reflect the standard of the overall hotel and amenities

Stayed on a Sunday night - the spa facilities are great, the jacuzzis are hot and the bigger pool is a bit cooler. Love the new waterbeds near the pool. The beds were really comfortable and loved the room. Food was great at the restaurant. We got the banana ketchup wings (don’t let the name put you off, they don’t taste like banana), duck leg (this was nice wasn’t a huge fan of the base food underneath the duck but personal preference), pizza was great and we also got the garlic potato terrine (loved), friend got the poutine fries and said they were great. We also got a cocktail made by the concierge before dinner which was lovely. Reception were very friendly when checking in and out. Would recommend.

Mum & I had the most wonderful relaxing time at the retreat. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the rooms are spotless, so beautiful & equipped with everything you really need, the bed was unreal, I had the best sleep. We had dinner in the bar & breakfast next morning both were delicious and good menu of choice. We could not fault any of it. Definitely recommend, you gotta give it a go!!

Just returned from an amazing overnight stay some quality mother and daughter time! We had the most relaxing spa treatment then explored the spa for hours while indulging in a drink or two by the stunning pool! That evening we had a beautiful dinner in the restaurant followed by a drink in the bar. We throughly enjoyed every minute of our stay everything was perfect! That was until everyone recieved the emergency announcement text on their phones. Very frightening everyone's phone going off at once ! We had a rough night's sleep with the sound of the wind and rain but was made better with the super comfy bed! Next morning when checking out the lady was so very helpful and told us we didn't have to leave we could go round to the bar and wait out the red warning which we were thankful for. 3 coffees, a tea, some lunch and a few power cuts (which their generator kicked in straight away) it was finally safe for us to leave. Amazing stay, amazing hotel with amazing staff we will definitely be back!

Arrived on Easter Tuesday for a relaxing one night stay and clay ritual treatment with my mother. The stay was to be relaxing and a chance for us to prep ahead of a family wedding we had the next day at a different location. It was anything but relaxing. Reception greeting felt rushed and very rehearsed. We weren’t welcomed to the resort, there was no small talk made (the way it has been on previous occasions) staff appeared young and inexperienced in customer relations. We picked up on this straight away. Room wasn’t quite ready which is fair enough, as check in was 3pm. Clay ritual was already pre booked and we were informed of the time via voicemail days prior. This was whether we wanted it at the specified time or not. There didn’t appear to be an option to change the time. I can only assume was for the convenience of another. Pleasant treatment for mother and I to engage in together. On leaving the treatment room, was overwhelmed by the copious amount of people that was vacating the facilities. I couldn’t visibly see any space to enjoy in peace. Relaxation room with two heated loungers, with one lounger occupied by a couple who seemed to be getting intimate with one another in broad daylight. Was quite distasteful to say the least and the cackling around the hot tub area was echoing in the distance. Felt cheap and rank, chaotic and a free for all. Certainly not what we had ever experienced nor anticipated. Staff was one bar person. I didn’t see any staff glass picking or attending to the pool areas. Needless to say we felt like there was “no room in the inn” and so didn’t return to the spa area for the remainder of our stay. Room was ready but only because we enquired. When enquiring was asked by reception to take a seat as she was in the middle of something for which I declined and advised if I sat down someone else would take the place. Only 2 members of staff at the reception during check in to assist with residents checking in, public spa users asking for assistance, as you can imagine paints a chaotic picture. We were not shown to our room, given one key card and instructed where to locate the room. This was up 2 flights of stairs with no lift available. Not a great start. The room was extremely cramped. My mother had a head cold and when she went to take a tissue from the box found only 1 measley tissue was pushed into the box (for decoration)??!! The “so called” curtains were hanging off the wall with Velcro tape? Gave the impression of something found on a ship wreck, but maybe that’s fashion? Cheap and not very cheerful initial first impression. Phoned reception from the room, asking if manager could get in touch. Manager came to our assistance. Apologised and tried to help encourage us to continue our stay. We were moved to a slighter more spacious room and if we needed anything further to let her know. Dyson hairdryer was broken. I rang reception, reception took the message and we waited over 1 hr and 30
