The front desk lady gave me a free upgrade so that I could have a better view for darling harbour.
All staff I met were friendly and helpful.
Smart TV contained airplay/chromcast function
The hotel is not accessible friendly for walking as guests need to take some stairs or sloping road

I was given a corner room which is large and comfortable. However the opera house is only visible if you reach out near the window.

The facilities of the hotel are too small, check in, swimming pool, restaurant, you have not enough space or you need to wait quite long to be served.
