I was greeted by very friendly staff. The room was better than expected and very clean. They made me a packed breakfast as I was leaving early in the morning, they also called me a taxi. I returned to this hotel a week later. Excellent again. The room was still to a very high standard. I was very impressed. I had time for breakfast this time. Greeted by lovely staff again, the ladie made me a coffe and brought it over. The breakfast was impressive for a buffet breakfast. Laid out well and looked and tasted delicious. I plan to return here, maybe with friends to stay a little longer and do some retail therapy. I will choose this same hotel. It is also in a great location. Thank you to the hotel and all the staff for a wonderful stay.

Second time in 2 months and again it was very good. We booked the family room and the room was spacious and clean. The bed was very good ! Reception as usual very friendly, thank you Georgia for the welcome and information on our Meteora trip. Also Nikos who we missed last year was there again and friendly as ever. The berakfast we can not emphasise enough how good it is and Rita makes you feel welcome ! The hotel is located at Tzimiski the main shopping street and a couple of minutes walk from Ladadika the restaurant area. Take a taxi from the airport and in 20-25 minutes you are at the hotel. Coming back soon !

Could not ask for a better hotel. Great location friendly staff clean and most of all excellent price .We booked 2 rooms and both were at the expected needs and cleaning was excellent .Right in the center of everything palace hotel was the best choice for us !! will definitely go back again and again !!

Located in Tsimitski street hotel offers a quick walk to main interest points when in Thessaloniki. Partially renovated. Very polite service. Especially lady in the restaurant. Good breakfast and rich one. Ladadika district in a walking distance is another reason to stay in this hotel.

Hotel has an excellent location but the main thing that impressed us were the people that work there! Girl with a long brown hair at the reception was so welcoming, helpfull, friendly, amaizing to talk to. Also a lady that works in the restaurant for breakfast and the cleaining staff! Hotel is very clean and the breakfast was amaizing and has a rich selection of greek food. You can leave your luggage at the reception while you are waiting to check-in and after you check out. I would highly recommend this hotel!

This is a good hotel in a central location and near the shopping area. Rooms are comfortable and have a small balcony.Not far from the main square and the Tower. The market is also nearby. The breakfast is delicious with a good selection. Try the yogurt with honey.
