"Location was top notch, thimphu clock tower is right behind this hotel, very easy to access the tower road, many places around in walking distance. "Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future."

"The Capitol Hotel Thimphu is clean and modern with great amenities. I requested a higher floor room away from the elevator but I got one that is on the 2nd floor and near the elevator. The front desk reception staff told me that the hotel is fully booked that's why iooamy request was not considered. It was about $120 discounted price from trip.com"

But I don't know why, every hotel in Bhutan said that we did not book, and asked us whether we booked on ******* or agoda. In fact, we booked on Trip.com , but it seems that there is a problem with their handover, which leads to every stay. It takes a long time to explain. Trip.com Should reflect."
