Very good location

Very good hotel! ! Clean and modern! The proprietress is very good at English, communication is not a problem, the service is particularly thoughtful, I was not well on the first day, everyone was very nervous, very good hotel! highly recommended! ! ! But I don't know why, every hotel in Bhutan said that we did not book, and asked us whether we booked on ******* or agoda. In fact, we booked on Trip.com , but it seems that there is a problem with their handover, which leads to every stay. It takes a long time to explain. Trip.com Should reflect.

The Capitol Hotel Thimphu is clean and modern with great amenities. I requested a higher floor room away from the elevator but I got one that is on the 2nd floor and near the elevator. The front desk reception staff told me that the hotel is fully booked that's why iooamy request was not considered. It was about $120 discounted price from trip.com

Serene space, clean but dated. My room had a Mountain View, was quite nice when the sun was rising.

the location was perfect with the river flowing along and rooms were good , it’s overly priced for the amenities you get in return and there is a lot to improve on food and internet ( especially breakfast buffet) where the dishes are not filled in the buffet and a very limited breakfast menu and it’s hardly tasty. The staff are undoubtedly friendly but lot needs to be improved w.r.t food options and internet connectivity was very bad even in the lobby … Spa is one of the highlights of the property, the therapists are really professional

Really good services. I feel like warm and pleasant with their staff manner. Stay like at home. My friend suffering from coughing, Staff even bring us to medicine shop to buy medicine. Staff search taxi and taught us how to call taxi. Thanks a lot
