We had a good experience with Apollo. The staff were very friendly as well. We will definitely stay with them again. It was a good experience. The location was very good.

We 3 people came for stay to celebrate attukal pongala 2025. The management was kind enough to arrange spot for pongala for hotel guests at the hotel premises itself and get the pottri to come inside for final pongal theertham. Friendly staff, Good ambience, Just next to thampanoor bus stand. Would recommend it !! The morning buffet had many options as well. Good food, good life!!

Very well maintained hotel, very good in food and stay. Awesome in ambience,,, Good in location,,,,,, Cleanliness of room and hotel as well is very good,,,,,,, Nice place to stay and relax, Near to railway station,, market,,,,, If you are not interested in hotel food then you can get other food option near by hotel itself. Every time I come to hotel I like to come again,,,, Staff behaviour is very polite and lively,

the kitchen dipartment is too good.they will provide whatever you ask for good and decent staff very polite and humble the food is superb especially mr Gokul and his team gautam,mridul,fatima,vishnu saran and kitchen team dev,chef michel, ajay kumar they are excellent in their work form delhi

.4 “Very Bad Experience ” Arrogance, lack of professionalism, lack of assured facilities, refilling and supply of bath gel and others were missing for the second day. Using wash basin is not convenient. In the case of complimentary breakfast, 98% of the items repeated for the second day. No minibar provided. Lack of periodical maintenance for the interiors. Check toilet seat cover. Some wall tiles were missing. Their aim is to squeeze the customers.

Amazing service by the staffs. Shijila, Sreekumar, janet. We enjoyed our stay. The staffs went out do their way to make us feel at home.. Out of the world hospitality. And none seemed forced. There was genuine passion for what they do. We hope that they can sustain their amazing staffs

Had a lovely stay at Dimora with family for 4 nights. The service experience was quite exceptional, especially with the front desk, who went out of their way to help us plan our trip comfortably. Friendly and attentive staff with a lot of hospitality, including at the restaurants. The standard room was rather spacious and clean, and the housekeeping service was excellent. Good food and a diverse breakfast spread, and a hygienic atmosphere all around. Would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Trivandrum :)

One of the best hotel to stay at trivandrum. Rooms are very neat and clean. Very spacious lobby. Staffs are very helpful and very polite. Beautiful swimming pool. Kids enjoyed their stay. Abhilash and Aju was very helpful. Definitely will come again
