However, there are some obvious problems with the accommodation experience. When taking a bath, the cold water was put for a long time, and the water temperature was still not ideal, which made people very helpless; and the speed of the warm water in the washbasin was even slower, and the waiting time was really long. In terms of breakfast, there are also a lot of conditions. On the first day of stay, the front desk told me that I could not find my breakfast message, but said that I could give an extra one. I didn't want to take advantage of this, so I refunded the order and re-booked a double breakfast. As a result, when my lover went to pick up breakfast on the first day of the New Year, I was still told that I didn't book breakfast. He could silently accept the ”hands” at the front desk, and he didn't dare to ask more. I really couldn't bear it. I called the front desk to ask for verification. I didn't expect the other party to be tough and have no sincerity to solve the problem. In desperation, I can ask Trip.com for help. Fortunately, the staff is positive and has a strong ability to deal with problems. It quickly and properly solved my troubles, which made me feel a little better.

Very new store, just at the crossroads, there is a beef noodle shop downstairs, the room can also have a small sofa very convenient for luggage, the environment is not bad!

Hygienic: The room is clean and tidy, no smell, full health status, and the bathroom is reasonably designed for dry and wet separation. Environment: The surrounding area is very quiet and does not affect the rest at all. Service: The lobby manager is warm and efficient, the attitude is friendly, the front desk staff is professional and enthusiastic, and they take the initiative to bring two glasses of water when they are on duty. From the warm heart water at the door to the warm service throughout the whole process, every place makes people feel very comfortable, and I will give priority to choosing next time I come here.

Stayed at Hanting Nanguo Temple Hotel on a business trip and the overall feeling was very good. The hotel's transportation is very convenient, very close to the place where I work, saving a lot of commute time. The rooms are well-equipped, the layout is reasonable, the lighting and ventilation are very good, and you can relax by the window when you are tired. The hotel's laundry room is very convenient, and the dirty clothes can be cleaned in time for a few days on business trip. The staff's service attitude is also very good, and any needs can be responded quickly. It is really a worry-free and reassuring hotel, recommended to everyone!

Advantages: 1. The hotel is in a good location, very close to Tianshui Railway Station, about 10 minutes' walk, and the price is not expensive; 2. Convenient transportation, located in the middle of the two districts, with multiple buses at the door, and it takes 40-50 minutes to get to the city attractions or Maijishan Grottoes; 3. The front desk service was good, with proper sales promotion, more mineral water, and 15 minutes later check-out requests were all met; 4. The environment and hygiene are good, and the shower water is OK. Disadvantages: 1. The hotel hangers and slippers are of poor quality, it is recommended to change them, especially for a family, they are tattered; 2. Self-service laundry is a bit difficult to wait; 3. Breakfast is average; 4. Mineral water is as difficult to open as ever, so it is recommended to change it.

The hotel enjoys a prime location, close to the high-speed rail station and situated in the heart of the area. Surrounded by a variety of delicious restaurants and shops, it's across from a commercial complex. The rooms are spacious, clean, warm, and comfortable, with comprehensive facilities (including laundry facilities). The breakfast is diverse and delicious. The service is warm and attentive.
