As a frequent visitor with multiple hotel membership cards, when I stayed in Hanting in the provincial city this month, I encountered a rather embarrassing scene: at breakfast, the staff could not find my breakfast news, and directly invited me out of the restaurant. After check-in, the spacious layout of the room and the clean and tidy environment left a good impression on me, which is commendable. However, there are some obvious problems with the accommodation experience. The air conditioner was very noisy when it was running, and the indoor air was dry after the temperature was raised, and my lips were dry and cracked; Adjusted to moderate temperature, and because the quilt is thin, I accidentally caught a cold. When taking a bath, the cold water was put for a long time, and the water temperature was still not ideal, which made people very helpless; and the speed of the warm water in the washbasin was even slower, and the waiting time was really long. In terms of breakfast, there are also a lot of conditions. On the first day of stay, the front desk told me that I could not find my breakfast message, but said that I could give an extra one. I didn't want to take advantage of this, so I refunded the order and re-booked a double breakfast. As a result, when my lover went to pick up breakfast on the first day of the New Year, I was still told that I didn't book breakfast. He could silently accept the ”hands” at the front desk, and he didn't dare to ask more. I really couldn't bear it. I called the front desk to ask for verification. I didn't expect the other party to be tough and have no sincerity to solve the problem. In desperation, I can ask Trip.com for help. Fortunately, the staff is positive and has a strong ability to deal with problems. It quickly and properly solved my troubles, which made me feel a little better.

The location is excellent, very close to the railway station, not far from the airport and South Station, and there is a large shopping district 1 km away, which makes eating, drinking and having fun very convenient. There is free parking, the room is spotless, the bed is moderately soft and hard, the service attitude is very good, friendly and thoughtful, and you feel at home. At night, you can go to the bridge to enjoy the river view, which is unique.

Hotel location is very good, the traffic is very convenient, the facilities are relatively complete, the room is clean and tidy, the front desk lady is very patient, will patiently answer, the washing machine is also a washing and drying, it is recommended.

I came to Tianshui for the exam and booked this family room in advance (the listing was tight at the time, and there was no other choice), which was the first time I stayed in this room type. It is indeed a bit luxurious to live alone, but the experience is very good. The location of the hotel is in Wanda Plaza as shown in Figure 3, there is a certain distance, but it is fine.

The hotel enjoys a prime location, close to the high-speed rail station and situated in the heart of the area. Surrounded by a variety of delicious restaurants and shops, it's across from a commercial complex. The rooms are spacious, clean, warm, and comfortable, with comprehensive facilities (including laundry facilities). The breakfast is diverse and delicious. The service is warm and attentive.

This trip stayed at Hanting Tianshui Nanguo Temple Hotel, the experience is full! The location of the hotel is excellent, just on the east side of the Nanguo Temple Mountain Gate, the surrounding scenery is pleasant, and it is very pleasant to walk in the morning and evening. It is also close to the ancient city and other attractions, and it is convenient to travel. The front desk staff was particularly enthusiastic, checked in quickly, and also introduced the fun places around. The room was clean and tidy, the facilities were complete, the bed was very comfortable, and the night was super fragrant. The breakfast is rich in variety, nutritious and delicious. Overall, the price is super high, and I will stay here next time!
