The hotel is new and the room size is big. The bed is comfortable and the shower is strong and warm. Other facilities like oxygen, humidifier and toiletries are good too. Like the room and the hotel being new, has some interesting interior decoration. This is the best hotel to stay outside after the visit to the base camp as the other hotels are older.

I was astounded there was a hotel this superb in Gyantse, and with an English speaking manager! We had a great stay in the large comfortable room, taking a hot bath and watching programmes on the huge TV

The hotel is really excellent in terms of hardware, room design, cleanliness and oxygen supply! The front desk can add more staff for more convenient service, especially during peak check-in periods. I think one front desk attendant is not enough for such a large hotel.
