VM Resort & Spa

We stayed at the VM Resort for 5 nights and had a wonderful time. The hotel is located on the beach and is one of the nicest in the bay. Breakfast was included and was great. We ate here for lunch and dinner too and the food was amazing. There are plenty of fantastic restaurants in the area if we fancied something different. The rooms were a decent size, as well as a king size bed we had a sofa bed. The bathroom was modern with black marble tiles, had an amazing shower, toiletries were included and the towels were super fluffy. We would recommend this hotel for a nice relaxing time.

I had one of the best stays in this wonderful resort. The rooms are cozy and nice. The person that did our check in Asena was very polite and explained us everything we needed to know at the check in. I would highly recommend staying at this resort to everyone. The Spa was very amazing and relaxing.

I was there in a business trip , service and hospitality was very very good! Rooms were comfortable and tiddy. I was welcomed veey professionally from the recepsion lady . I reccomand this place to everyone. Last but not least the SPA was very relaxing!

Beautiful, clean and well designed hotel, everything you need. The food was amazing, especially the salmon. We couldn’t fault anything, the staff did more than their best to ensure that we had a lovely break and arranged taxi’s when we needed them. We would highly recommend this hotel

Our experience at the VM hotel resort and SPA has been very bad. Starting with one of the things that made us choose this hotel that was, as the name suggests, the fact that it has a SPA. However, the hotel's SPA is under construction so it is not operational and no warning was given regarding this. We chose all inclusive, however many things are not included, which should have been clearly mentioned when the reservation was made. No cocktails are made, the beach bar is paid and we only have access to the buffet restaurant, and the rest is paid. The service in the buffet restaurant is bad. The food is not replenished, nor are the plates and cutlery. After the meal, the dishes are not lifted, which forces us to sit at completely dirty tables. As for the room, as we needed to have the key card to turn on the power, the refrigerator and AC didn’t work when we leaved the room (we were only given 1 card - we went to ask for another one, which was refused). During the week we didn’t have hot water to take a shower. We called in the last day and the receptionist claimed that it was a problem with the electricity. How is it possible that a five star hotel doesn’t have a solution to give hot water to the costumers? Adding to that, during the morning of our last day we didn’t had water at all. Communication is very bad, feels like there's no point in complaining anymore, because they don't understand nor do anything to make us feel good. The hotel is in bad conditions of maintenance and with poorly organised. The beach isn’t cleaned at all! We realized that Albania is still starting with tourism and trying to keep up to the rest of the world, but for the price we paid we did not expect this service. Furthermore, we have the example of the hotel right next to this one which offers a much better service for a better price, so it is not an excuse, Albânia can offer quality. When we pay for a service we want to have quality in it, even more when we are paying for a 5-star service (Allegedly). We’ve rather pay more and have guaranteed quality than pay a high price, not have that quality and, consequently, a ruined vacation. Saying that we did like Albania and it’s people, however this hotel made us feel uncomfortable and fooled. We feel like we need a compensation for this, it’s inadmissible!

Absolutely loved my stay with my mum originally booked it for one night but extended for another night and the staff was amazing and so helpful. Deserves the 5 stars that it has. Would definitely come back with my family again. Breakfast was amazing and spoilt for choices
