The rooms are very new and comfortable. Love the ambience of the sitting area and common 'kitchenette" at the lobby. We picked up breakfast item from the self service corner and many were from the local farms. There are appliances at the kitchenette to heat them up. Free flow of coffee (from the coffee machine), tea and miso soup. Coffee was from a local, sustainable source too.

A room was clean, wifi is easy to connect and speed internet
I was so happy to stayed here :) and I will recommend this hotel to others. Hope to be back if I have travel in Nikko next time

Location wise, it will be suggested to either drive a rental car or use taxi service around Nikko
Walking is not possible at night as it’s very dark
Front desk staff are very polite and helpful 👍
Rooms are clean and brightly lit, worth the price and very cosy
Enjoyed the pantry with coffee machine
No breakfast area but a toaster, coffee machine and some kitchen appliances are ready for use

The staff were so incredibly helpful and assisted us with booking taxis and making a reservation for a boat tour in Kinugawa that required them to call by phone. Lovely large comfortable bed and great shower. Within walking distance of Shinkyō bridge and Tobu-Nikko station (30 minutes).

The room was very nice and well designed. Just that the floor was wooden and can be noisy when walk through it. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Made my stay very pleasant. Well done to the crews on the evening of 15 April 2025.

Excellent hospitality and friendly staff, even went extra mile to deliver our passport left in the safe to us at the train station🙏 hotel room is spacious and spark clean, conveniently located near to the attractions.
