Great location, next to JR station, convenience store and many restaurants around. Spacious room. Amazingly I can put a chair inside the bathroom. The staff is very helpful. Prior to my checkin, I emailed the hotel for booking a table outside the hotel but they replied can only book for us after our checkin. Upon my checkin and without my asking, the front desk staff confirm with me whether I still need a reservation.

Very good. I expected to pay for the parking lot, but after parking, I could take the parking ticket to the front desk to stamp it and waive the parking fee. There are organic shops and restaurants nearby. It is a pleasantly surprised hotel.

Very characteristic hot spring hotel, the Japanese-style small room is very warm, the old lady at the front desk is very warm, you can also soak in the hot springs, very good. The only bad thing is that my room is directly above the bathroom and the sound is very loud. Although the bathroom is not open after 23:00 and before 6:30, it will still affect the work and rest. I made a reservation because I wanted to stay the night after the drinking party. The room on the first floor was clean and comfortable. I was disappointed that I only used the sauna in the large public bath in the morning, but the sauna was large and comfortable. The room is generally quiet, but early in the morning I heard a popping sound coming from somewhere and it bothered me and I couldn't sleep. It was convenient to be able to go in and out as I wanted with a room card, and I wanted to make the most of my time.

The correspondence was very polite. It was crowded with guests, so the waiting time for the elevator was long. Especially at breakfast, I sometimes couldn't get on and spent time. But I think it can't be helped because it feels the same in any business hotel. I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity.

The staff was very friendly. They changed my room and were very kind! The welcome drinks included juice and soup in addition to coffee! I was surprised that the facilities were old and dusty, and the back of the humidifier was covered in dust! The price was cheap, so I think it's enough for people who are concerned about the cost of accommodation.

The front desk service attitude is very good 👍 The breakfast dishes change every day, and they tend to be sweet. Ordinary twin rooms are on the small side and the bathroom is very narrow. The walls are not very soundproof There is a lot of passenger flow every day, mostly business travelers. The bathroom is cleaned every four days, and new towels are prepared and hung on the door handle every day.
