"The correspondence was very polite. It was crowded with guests, so the waiting time for the elevator was long. Especially at breakfast, I sometimes couldn't get on and spent time. But I think it can't be helped because it feels the same in any business hotel. I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity."

"Originally, I made a reservation for １ night, but I couldn't go home due to the typhoon, so when I asked if I could extend my stay at check-in, there was a vacancy in the room, so please respond immediately. did. The front desk was very friendly, the room was clean and the breakfast was very delicious. I would like to use it again."

Opened as a guesthouse in 2017, it has been used by many guests. Located about a 5-10 minute walk from JR Sako Station, there are convenience stores and 24-hour supermarkets nearby. Free parking for up to 2 cars is available on the premises (first come, first served). Free Wi-Fi, washing machines, rental bicycles, rental towels, etc. are available at no extra charge. You can check the location using the Google Maps app. For questions or to make a reservation directly, please visit the Guesthouse OGaGa website. If you are bringing a pet, please contact us immediately after your reservation is confirmed. Please be careful if you have a pet allergy. The host is a smoker, but takes great care to deodorize the room.

"It felt better than the first time I stayed there, because this time I lived on the 5th floor and could see the cable car of Meishan running up and down from the window. There was also a very delicious sesame oil chicken leg for breakfast, which was great. This hotel is not far east from the bustling commercial district of Tokushima. I will go there more next time I come."

SsegwayhkHotel is very new and clean. Breakfast is good. You need to take the amenities on the 3/F at reception. You can’t drop your baggage outside hotel as the parking lot is 2mins walking from the hotel.

WWingkayGreat location, next to JR station, convenience store and many restaurants around. Spacious room. Amazingly I can put a chair inside the bathroom. The staff is very helpful. Prior to my checkin, I emailed the hotel for booking a table outside the hotel but they replied can only book for us after our checkin. Upon my checkin and without my asking, the front desk staff confirm with me whether I still need a reservation.

MMelissa_The hotel is 10 points comfortable. I really feel that the hotel management level is very high. The colleagues are very friendly and polite. The room is very tidy. I can fully feel the attentive attitude of the colleagues. I sincerely praise it. It makes tourists feel 10 points comfortable. The location of the hotel is very convenient. It takes only two or three minutes to reach the nearby transportation. There are many shops and food right next to the hotel. I felt really relaxed during this trip. Thank you very much for meeting such a good hotel.

Location: Very easy to find, 3 minutes walk from JR Tokushima Station, behind Mitsukoshi Department Store, many restaurants nearby, or you can drive to AEON, which has many restaurants
Service: Attentive, fast and proactive, answering all questions, very polite
Room: The space is about the same size as a general business hotel in Japan, with a reasonable layout, elegant decoration, comfortable bedding, clean and sanitary, strong shower water, and ideal sound insulation
Breakfast: Very good, many choices, Japanese and Western, as well as local specialties, replenished quickly, salmon and mackerel are very delicious, croissants are also very fragrant

Even though it was a non-smoking single room, it was very spacious and comfortable. There were many different types of breakfast, and I ate so much that I was almost full, so I was very satisfied from the morning. I stayed for multiple nights, but when I declined room cleaning, I was given my favorite juice and other drinks, so I felt like I had done a little good!

I was surprised that the facilities were old and dusty, and the back of the humidifier was covered in dust! The price was cheap, so I think it's enough for people who are concerned about the cost of accommodation.

GGuest UserIf the hostel wasn’t fully booked, I believe it would have been a decent place to stay. However, because of Golden Week, it was completely full. The soundproofing in the rooms is terrible—I was woken up countless times. Any noise is amplified several times by the wooden partitions, and the banging noises made by other guests were extremely loud. Even during the day when I wasn’t trying to sleep, the noise level was unbearable. I barely got any sleep at all, and once I was woken up around 1 or 2 a.m., it was almost impossible to fall asleep again. I really hope the owner will consider renovating the building’s structure and seriously improving the soundproofing. 満室でなければ、このホステルは悪くなかったと思います。でもゴールデンウィークの影響で、ここは満室でした。部屋の防音が非常に悪くて、何度も音で目を覚まされました。木製の仕切りが音を何倍にも増幅するため、他の宿泊客が出すドンドンという音がとにかくうるさくて、昼間でも寝ていなくても騒音が気になるほどでした。一晩中ほとんど眠れず、深夜1〜2時ごろに起こされた後は、なかなか寝付けませんでした。ホステルのオーナーには、ぜひ建物の構造を見直し、防音対策をしっかりと改善していただきたいです。
