Ok location, although close to station but still need 10 min by bus, but there is a free shuttle bus

Basic rooms but all you need. Clean and comfortable. Kettle and fridge. Breakfast is free but basic and ends at 9am!! Helpful shuttle bus to/ from Shinagawa station ( note: not between 11:30am to 2pm)

Late check-in is okay. Good location on the way to Haneda airport. Breakfast is tasty.

The room has all necessary amenities. Breakfast is various and delicious.

We come from US ,we don't select a smoking place, but we no choice to pick up..

It will be better if the receptionist can speak English. The double room is quite small.

This was my first time staying at Toyoko Inn, but when I entered the room, I felt like there was a smell somewhere, and I tried to turn on an air purifier to get rid of the smell, but it didn't detect any dirt. The walls were thin, so I could hear the person next door snoring all the time. I was very grateful for the breakfast and bus services, but I was worried that the people using both services were not really guests! I'm sorry, but I was worried that they were not really guests. I thought they could at least make some effort to show the room card at breakfast. One of the bus drivers was very polite and gave me instructions on the walking route to Shinagawa, which I appreciated, but the other person (the bus driver?) was yelling at the female bus driver in front of the other guests, which I didn't like.
