Fantastic location . Easy access to airport. Also extremely good value!

Extremely convenient location. It's right next door, just a 5-minute walk away, and you can reach both the city center and Haneda Airport within 30 minutes by subway/monorail. There's even a Don Quijote convenience store right in the station. Big shout out to the lobby for having a luggage scale!

Overall, my stay was quite satisfactory. The hotel is conveniently located just a short walk from the subway exit, across a pedestrian bridge that has an elevator, which was great for my luggage. There are several 7-Eleven and FamilyMart stores nearby. The water pressure was good, and the water quality was fine. I booked a 17-square-meter twin room, which was adequately sized and had good soundproofing. Check-in was available via a self-service machine, but paying the room fee only accepted foreign cards, and even then, the usable cards were quite limited. The front desk staff only told me I needed a 'password' but didn't specify what kind. Neither my transaction password nor the numbers on the back of my card worked. Eventually, they used their front desk machine to process my card without any password input, which left me quite confused. Some of the room's facilities were a bit basic; the table was foldable, and the stools were just plain wooden ones. On the first day, I felt a bit cold, so I turned off the air conditioning. Later that night, I woke up feeling hot and tried to turn it back on, but it wouldn't start. That's when I noticed the air conditioner looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years, covered in dust. The most disappointing aspect was that the housekeeping staff didn't even make the bed. I understand not changing the sheets during my stay, but not making the bed at all is just too much! 😡😡

The room was clean and tidy, but a bit cramped, with just enough space to squeeze our luggage into the hallway. The restaurant lounge on the first floor was lovely, with plenty of spacious seating. They offered a great selection of teas, including various tea bags, along with Americano, latte, and cappuccino. The best part was the complimentary hot matcha and hot cocoa, which were wonderfully warming on a winter day.

The hotel is in a great location near the station so it’s so convenient to travel and the staff at the hotel are nice also can leave the luggage before checkin. The room is so great it has everything like hair dryer, charger and the bathtub. The hotel is new so I like it a lot so next time I will stay here again. Also hotel near family mart and 7-11 so like it a lot.Recommend for everyone.

I stayed at two different hotels in Keikyu Kamata this time. This one had a better location and environment than the other, but the pricing was very confusing, I couldn't make sense of it. You can check in early for an extra hourly fee.

The hotel very near to Haneda Airport, it's in very good location if you going to/from Haneda Airport.

Traveling with my parents, this hotel was super close to the airport line, which was really convenient for catching an early flight from Haneda. There's also an amazing eel restaurant nearby!

The room was tiny, so small we couldn't even open a suitcase, which was incredibly inconvenient. Breakfast was quite mediocre; I wouldn't recommend buying it.

I chose this hotel because I landed at Haneda Airport and was heading to Kamakura the next day. The location is excellent, and the surrounding area is lively. My flight was late, so I just went straight to bed after checking in. It was a good stay.
