The hotel is on the main street and surrounded by office buildings, so it was a very nice and calm location. I think it's a very good location as there are many restaurants just down the street.

It is about 3 minutes away from Higashi-Ikebukuro Station on the Arimachi Line and 4 or 5 minutes away from Ikebukuro Station. There is FamilyMart next to the hotel and there are many shopping malls nearby. Note that Tobu closes at 20:00 and Tori Noble is open until 3:00 in the morning. The hotel lobby, room size, window view, water volume, water temperature, equipment, etc. are not as good as the previous hotel, but at the same price, it has a buffet breakfast that does not have many categories but is quite delicious.
