I love this hotel because it is in the city center and in shibuya. maybe the only downside is that there are a lot of drunk people outside after partying all night and there are also unclean alley if you go at the back and take a shortcut going to shibuya crossing. however, the hotel is indeed clean and great staff too. I came in with my friends

we have been staying in this hotel quite several times, although the interior may start to age, the service and the view is flawless and the location is only getting better with 2 new malls (Shibuya scramble square and Shibuya Hikarie) only 5-10mins walk through the flyover. The only reason i gave it a 4 star for facilities is that this hotel is not tailored for children, the swimming pool are for adults only. However, who wants to stay in the hotel while this is the centre of Shibuya...

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room size and bed are perfectly comfortable.
The location couldn’t be better—it’s close to multiple train lines, making it easy to get around Tokyo. Ginza shopping area is just a short walk away, which was perfect for enjoying the shops and restaurants. Despite being in such a central area, the hotel was quiet at night, so I got a great night’s sleep each night.
There’s also a family mart n lawson store nearby, which made grabbing snacks and essentials super easy.
Overall, this hotel is an ideal choice for anyone wanting easy access to Tokyo’s main attractions with all the comforts of a quiet, convenient stay! The staffs at the reception are welcoming and friendly too. This will be my favourite hotel in Tokyo.

Overall it was great, though rooms were a tad small but it’s Tokyo. And despite the small size, there was a washing machine and microwave! Location was great too with convenience stores around the corner and a few minutes walk to Ginza station.

Although the room is relatively small, the hotel lobby is cool in design, and the elevator is completely in the style of a nightclub. However, the hotel's service is worth recommending. The room cleaning even refuses to accept tips, which is very cute ☺️ We went to have breakfast. The Indian and Filipino guys spoke fluent English and had a very good service attitude. Most importantly, the food was delicious. This is highly recommended. The overall feeling is pretty good.

The transportation is very convenient, the staff are very enthusiastic, and the service is very good. It is 4 minutes away. There is also an OK supermarket where you can buy strawberries and eat them back at the hotel😍The supermarket is quite easy to shop

I recently stayed at the Hotel Gracery Ginza in Tokyo and had a delightful experience. I booked two rooms: a double and a triple. While the double room was indeed very small, this was the only drawback of an otherwise excellent stay.
The rooms were reasonably clean and well-maintained. The hotel offers a cosy lounge in the lobby where guests can enjoy complimentary coffee, tea, and juice, which was a lovely touch. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any queries or needs.
Best of all, the hotel provides ice, warm and cold water, and vending machines on every floor, adding to the convenience and comfort of the stay.
The location of the hotel is fantastic, being very well connected with many different train lines. All the train stations are within walking distance, making it incredibly convenient to explore Tokyo. Situated right in the middle of Ginza, the hotel is surrounded by a plethora of shopping options, from luxury brands to popular street brands and local favourites like Uniqlo, GU, and Muji. Don Don Donki, a popular store, is open until 4am, which is perfect for late-night shopping. Additionally, on weekends, the main road in Ginza is closed to vehicles, allowing pedestrians to enjoy a leisurely stroll.
Overall, despite the small size of the double room, I highly recommend Hotel Gracery Ginza for its excellent location, friendly staff, and comfortable amenities. It made our stay in Tokyo truly enjoyable.
