Rooms at Babbacombe

We stayed here enroute to Cornwall to break a long journey. The room was lovely with a comfortable bed. Lovely features. Great spacious shared lounge. Close to a lovely part of babbacombe. Would come again to stay. Parking available on site. Breakfast optional.

FABULOUS! We will definitely be back. Firstly the location is spot on…a few minutes walk to Babbacombe Down. A quintessential charming area to visit. The accommodation is spotlessly clean with some very welcoming touches. The breakfast is totally yummy (and plentiful). Can’t wait to return.

Great location for Babbacombe downs. Beautiful fresh and very clean rooms and public area. Well priced. Lovely helpful owners who work very hard to keep everything so nice. There is a convenient Tesco express a short walk away where you can pick up a bottle of wine to enjoy in the extremely comfortable lounge area where wine glasses are provided for use along with tea and coffee. We will be back. Thank you

We stayed here for two nights whilst walking the SW coast path. You check in using a key safe with the code send by text message in advance. Our bags had arrived and were in our room which was nice. Our room was small - with two people and two bags, there’s not much space to spare. The bathroom was small too and the water pressure in the shower very low. Everything was very clean and there was a small fridge in the room with fresh milk. Downstairs is open plan - where breakfast is served and there is also crockery and cuttlery if you have a take away. Breakfast (order by text or email by 6.30pm the day before) was the best thing about staying here; there was a good choice and it was all attractively presented. I had the continental selection one morning and it would have served all of us. The bus stops virtually outside and there is a good selection of eating options on the sea road round the corner. Luke, the owner, was around and very helpful.

Beautiful clean rooms. Owners can't do enough for you. Great value. Tea, coffee, and hot chocolate in rooms. Extra toilet rolls, biscuits, cold water and extra t bags etc in hall if needed. Rooms clean and fans provided if you're too hot. Showers in room. Doors are slightly narrow if you're a big person. I'm not sure if all rooms are the same. Great location for Babbacombe and beach. Harbour and centre a 5 minute bus journey away. All downhill so you could walk down and bus or taxi back up. Lots of bars and restaurants within walking distance.

Only one night stay but definitely one to remember. Room was spotless clean and ready on time, very comfy bed and bedding. Nice décor in the rooms but also in the lounge area. Checking in was stress free and I loved the fact it was self check in, no human interaction what is exactly what I like :) Explanation and very detailed video was send on the day of the arrival so there was no problem to get in. Loved the fact there was so many little touches to make our stay more comfortable. Little fridge in the room to keep our drinks cool, complimentary tea, coffee, hot chocolate, biscuits. If you've run out, you could top it up in the lounge area, plenty of everything. Fans very available to collect to cool the room, extra towels and toilet paper and even cute hamper in the corridor full of shower gels, toothpaste, toothbrush, tampons, you could have help yourself in case if you have come unprepared. Very thoughtful!! There was cutlery, wine glasses, vine openers etc available in lounge area you could take it to your room if you needed. Unbelievably helpful, every detail thought of. Also car park available just in front of the hotel . Great location, with walking distance to the pubs and restaurants, beach and all the shops. Also bus stop just few steps away. Free wi-fi as well, Absolutely amazing owners. would definitely come back if in the area. Thank you
