It's alright on a budget stayed in a few rooms clean but shower and toilet down the corridor your being watched on camera when you go for a shower not happy about that Norman is a nice fella he's got a strong Geordy accent I think it's Sunderland his from Nena I couldn't get on with eveytime I approached Norman with a problem he had to ask Nena ??🤔 She was basically telling him what to do I have read the review about the 14 girls on a hen night they was adamant they had payed I had a similar situation with Nena I thought she was greedy one of the reasons I have never been back I can't stand greedy people and Norman get a pair off Bo@#ocks

We stayed here for 3 nights. We'd booked a double room & we're given a family room which was spacious & was useful when my husband started snoring as I was able to move into the other bed. It was a bit dated but clean. The location was great. It was in a quiet road but was only 10 mins walk from the beach with free parking. The host was friendly & cooked a good English breakfast. There was also a choice of cereal, yoghurt, fruit & toast & coffee, tea or fruit juice. It was good value for money at £60 per night.

We stayed here for 5 nights. It was very clean and comfortable and homely. The bed was lovely, in fact everything was! Norman made breakfast (fry up) for my husband every day, and was a congenial host. I have an eye problem, which means I’m unable to stay in a room with striped wallpaper. This request was sorted when we booked. The venue is near the bus stop we got on the number 12 at torre abbey shops and got off at East street. Thanks Norman !Highly recommended!

Lovely friendly family run accommodation within a short walk from torquay sea front. Large rooms decorated very tastefully. Loved being able to use the separate lounge. Lots of books. Breakfast lovely and set us up for the day. Would definitely visit again

Stayed here for 2 nights. Quite place to stay .are room was big with a double bed and single plus bathroom. The bed was a bit hard for me .room nice and clean. Very friendly owner. Great breakfast full English.,cereal, yogurts, toast,fruit .would definitely stay here again
