Upon arriving at the hotel and trying to check the parking lot, I was quickly informed by the front desk that it was full. It looked like there were plenty of spaces available...? Also, my car is an EV, and it was disappointing to be told it was full when gasoline cars were parked in the EV charging area. Check-in was smooth, and I was relieved to find my room was a corner room as requested. Upon entering the room and checking the facilities, the first disappointment was the unit bathroom, with the toilet and bath in the same room. Regarding the toilet, the wall in front of me was too close when sitting down, which was very uncomfortable. The towels provided were wrinkled and damp, as if they had been left there for days. The amenities were average. Next, the bed creaked terribly; it creaked loudly every time I turned over in my sleep. Furthermore, it seemed that the large public bath was directly below my room, and the sound of cleaning after the bath's closing time echoed into my room, which was awful. (The times were around 11 PM and before 5 AM) I couldn't sleep at all and the morning arrived, so I reluctantly headed to breakfast at 6:45 AM, only to find it extremely crowded! (Perhaps they could implement some countermeasures, such as specifying breakfast times, for example, 6:30 AM for guests staying on floors 2-4 and 7:00 AM for guests staying on floors 5-7, or allowing guests to specify a time at check-in...) Anyway, it was a terrible day from check-in to check-out. 😢

I was very satisfied with the cherry blossom season in Saga. I landed in Fukuoka at night. The hotels in Hakata were not cost-effective. It took half an hour to get to Tosu. It was very quiet. Close to the station, 5 minutes walk behind the hotel, there is a small shopping mall with a supermarket, pharmacy and 100 yen store, very convenient, many choices for breakfast, the hot spring is small, but not too many people, not bad, enjoy the tranquility 👍
