The internet /wifi service was bad, even after highlighting the issue nothing happened and we couldnt use the services Overall it was good

The hotel is very nice and cozy, small hotel sort of boutique type. Has a nice pool and a great beach with a mountain view. It's located in the city making it great to experience the city have a walk on the corniche and dine at different places. Above all the staff is extremely helpful and pleasant to interact act with. My family loved it and thank the whole staff for a great stay there.

It's a good deal for the first time

My husband and I have visited this hotel in November 2021, November 2023, March 2024 and November 2024. So we really like this place, hotel and Khorfakkan in general. In November weather is perfect. Water is 30 and air is 32. In the evening it is very comfortable and humidity is even pleasant. We take only breakfast, because there are plenty of places to eat on Cornish street near the sea. Breakfast is perfect in the hotel and we enjoy it. Of course, construction work near the beach is annoying, but it is possible to ignore this inconvenience. Though it's not easy especially now because they started big reconstruction of the beach itself. Room is comfortable, but it is not possible to open windows. But we don't spend too much time inside, so for us it's not a problem. We would like to thank Aastha for good work she is doing to keep room clean and comfortable.

We are staying at the hotel for the third time. we live in it now - therefore, the latest information. Among the advantages - there is a promenade nearby, shops - there is something to do in the evening, the pool is open until 21.00, a wonderful kids club. Of the minuses - the hotel has deteriorated a lot over the year (we were last September, in May of this year and now) - poor Internet, cleaning (we have not had hand towels for 3 days), food (previously there were pasta for lunch, which the cook cooked - now there is no), CONSTRUCTION! -if previously only apartments were built nearby, now the construction of breakwaters on the left and right has been added to this, that is, from 6.20 am to 6.00 pm you are accompanied by the noise of construction machines, the smell of diesel fuel. In addition, I had a birthday - the hotel did not congratulate me on it, although my husband reminded the girl at the reception about it 3 TIMES! that is, the hotel is not interested in regular guests. in addition, there are problems with closing the door in our room - it closes with great difficulty and the cleaner leaves it constantly open. contacting the reception did not help.

Thanks for Alice from Ociean cafe for her service, I really liked the drinks which she makes, especially hot chocolate. I would like to visit this hotel every weekend because of these tasty drinks and the service which they provide. Thank you again. And I would reslly recommend to try the drinks from this cofe.

We had an amazing experience with staff that have been cleaning rooms, mainly Saheer. Also staff that greets guests at restaurant(Thwe and Mirdaha they were really sweet!) and waiters/waitresses that clean tables are really polite and efficient. Reception workers(Hamad and others) assisted with any issue and questions that arised. Overall a very pleasant experience - - would recommend!

I would like to make a big shout out to this incredible team here in Ocen Khorfakkan hotel and Spa! @Receptionist welcome us with a good vibes,good manner and hospitality @Room attendant are so Accomodating (Prisha and Topister) @The lifeguard named (Romin) are so helpfull to our team specially to open water swimming and swimming pool classes. @Food are so many choices for Vegetarian and Non- Veg. It was amazing taste of food and preparation. From Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. It was an amazing Experience here in Ocean khorfakkan hotel and Spa. Thank you so much for accomodating our Team! This hotel is really great and relaxing. The best spot is the beach. Rooms and Breakfast area has really great view of the beach as well. Kudos to that staffs for making our visit unforgettable. To Lea, Dolila, Jessabel, Aravind, Dhanushka and Hamed, thank you for your great hospitality!

Excellent service & hospitality extended by Ms.Shreejana of Oceanic Resort Khorfakkan Sharjah, UAE has no parallel. She deserves all praise for her customer friendly attitude.
