The hotel is good location - close to the train station and bus stop. It is very convenient with walking distances to downtown. The receptionists are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is delicious in a trendy room. Only problem is the stronger cooking smell in the room.

I had a great 19-night stay at this apart-hotel in Toulouse. The room was clean and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The staff was very accommodating and helpful, even going the extra mile to provide a temporary extra room for my daughter to sleep during nearby construction work.
The location is good – a small supermarket is less than a minute from the entrance, and it's just a 10-15 minute walk to the city center. It's also conveniently close to Toulouse's "Asian area," with Asian supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable stay in Toulouse!

Hotel location is about 5 mins walk away from Toulouse Matabiau Train station (the main train station) so it’s very convenient if you’re connecting to and fro by train.
Hotel is undergoing some minor exterior renovation works which means some inconvenience in getting to the entrance.
Room which I was given was at the topmost floor corner room. The view of Toulouse city from the room was absolutely stunning. Room was super big and spacious. However, the cleanliness of the utensils and cutlery in their kitchenette was very questionable. I didn’t dare use the kettle because it looks nasty. There seems to be some foul smell coming out of the air con in the bedroom which irks me. Continental breakfast was actually not too bad.

The room is large and has a living room. It is about a 5-minute walk to the train station and a 10-minute walk to the old town.

Stayed one night on route to final destination, great views, friendly helpful staff. Was difficult to locate entrance. Handy to train station and local bars restaurants.
