All in all nice place. Bathrooms dated and shower cubicle not good. I would rate as a 3 star not four as no shampoo etc and in need of better facilities in rooms. That said, very pleasent stay, good staff and very central

The hotel is centrally located just off the Jardin Pierre Goudouli which in convenient to the Jean Jaures metro stop and also the Aero Bus Stop. Le Capitole is less than a few minutes stroll away as are many restaurants, shops and supermarkets. The Aero bus was 8euro or an Uber was 22euro. The hotel is very attractive from the outside and indeed this continues to the plush furnishings of the lobby and reception area. The is a quaint bar area to convene in but is staffed by reception. The welcome was pleasant and efficient. Time was taken to explain the surrounding area with a map provided. However wrong information was presented regarding complimentary breakfast on the weekend days due to my status, which the person at check out did not agree with. The room was a privilege room which comes with it a certain expectation and standard. The room was well sized with a comfortable bed and range of pillows to suit your needed. There was a functional chair and desk along with a complimentary mini bar and Nespresso machine. Robe and slippers were also provided. The furnishings were acceptable but on the verge of showing wear and tear with a musty smell which filled the room. The window of the room was small and disproportionate stuck in the corner of the room with a view to a fire escape and internal residential courtyard. The open WiFi was of good strength with an average of 40mbs. The bathroom was disappointing regarding its age, toilet flush and over bath shower. The breakfast was a very pleasant affair in the 1st floor breakfast room. It was tastefully decorated and had a pleasing array of food from hot offerings to continental. It was well staffed and stocked. Overall this is a pleasant hotel at a good price point, but missing the little elements of refinement one might expect from a 4 star Mercure.

Coming for the May 1st long weekend, I discovered this hotel located 10-15 minutes walk from Toulouse Matabiau station and 5 minutes walk from the famous Place du Capitole. I was quickly greeted by a very warm and welcoming employee to collect the key to room 501, located on the top floor. This is relatively small in size, with the bed taking up a large part of the space. I was quite surprised not to find a desk to be able to work or put a computer on. Otherwise, the room is equipped with a small refrigerator and a safe. The bathroom is, on the other hand, relatively large, but with a shower cubicle which can seem quite small, and located high up, complicating access for people of large build or with fragile joints. Be careful, you can easily hear the elevator machinery located right next to this room. I don't have difficulty sleeping and there weren't a lot of visitors when I was there, but perhaps this could bother the fragile ears of some sleepers. Otherwise the hotel is quiet and all the staff are always very cheerful. It was a good stay which allowed me to discover the center of the 4th largest city in France and to go on a day trip to Carcassonne, located not far from there!

Hotel molto centrale nella cittadina di Tolosa, colazione buona e varia ma stanze molto piccole. Per una notte può andare ma forse ha un costo elevato per un soggiorno veloce. La struttura è carina. Cercherei qualcosa di diverso se dovessi tornare, anche se la struttura è tenuta bene.
