We stayed one night at this fun hostel located in a convenient area of Tours. It’s an easy walk to the center of town. However we were glad that the hostel has a bar which also offered a a few snack ps. When we arrived (very hungry from a long day of travel), we were able to relax with a drink and a cheese/meat platter. They also provide luggage storage if you arrive before check in time. There is also a restaurant, which we didn’t try because it opened later. We reserved a private room with bath that was small, but comfortable and quiet. We had a great night’s sleep and would recommend the hostel for a short stay. All of the staff were friendly and helpful.

If you book at them, note that the reception closes at 21:00, so if you arrive after plan to go elsewhere!!!!

I put 3/5 because I couldn't enjoy the benefit. Negotiation with the hotel is impossible to delay the reservation of a night (even paying a surcharge) because I took the unchanged price option. Sorry, since the hotel is far from being filled at that date.

We spent a night in this hotel. Late arrival we were very welcomed by the staff and in the morning. We had booked a room for 3 people +2 dogs. Spacious room and bathroom. After having lived a peripécie with another hotel on Thursday 7 July at 23:30, we called the hotel to know if they were left. We had a very nice gentleman on the phone who told us that there were actually rooms free. 10 minutes later we were on the site. Very good welcome, room card with very quick explanations ! The room was quiet and well isolated ! It was good ! No special concern to stress if it is only a hairdryer in the bathroom would be welcome but this is only a detail ! Thank you and we will repeat our stay when we need!

Very good location being a 15 minute walk into the historic centre of Tours. Underground Parking (10€) was very useful but be careful trying to get a jeep in. Good Breakfast Reception staff friendly and spoke good English Realistic price for December. Some parts of the hotel cold do with a refurb or tidy up but i would go back for the location and parking.

The accommodation is located in a quiet manor with its own vegetable shed and a swimming pool. It is very pleasant to walk in the manor. Like the photo, the hotel is a castle with a sense of age. The common living room and dining room are decorated in European retro style, as if back to that era. Compared with the room facilities, the room is more general. First of all, there is no air conditioning in the room. There is an electric fan. The high temperature warning in France was very hot in those days. Secondly, there is no trash can in the room, and there is a small toilet. No paper is provided. The shower can be sprayed with a top spray, and the hand shower cannot be fixed.
