Amazing
GGuest UserAs soon as you arrive at Kinosaki Onsen Station, you can feel the enthusiasm. The hotel has a dedicated person and a special car to take the guests to the door of the hotel. The receptionist at the front desk printed out the order information early, gave a warm reception, and introduced the situation of the town and the location of the fireworks that day. The room is a traditional Japanese room, and children like it very much. The room is large and has a private bathroom. The time for one stay and two meals is also set at the front desk. When the time comes, the food is well prepared, rich and the service is attentive. Unfortunately, I missed the time for the hotel's hot spring that day. I didn't have time to take a dip the next day, so I had to go next time. It's actually better to stay in town for two nights, it's very quiet.
NNuonuokafeiThis is a century-old store. A few minutes' taxi ride away from Kinosaki Onsen Station. Next to it on the narrow road is another old store, Mikiya, with a thoughtful welcome. As soon as you enter the hotel, you can see that everything is exquisitely tidy and well maintained. My Japanese style The room on the second floor is not big and the facilities are excellent. You can see the courtyard on the first floor. It is estimated that the humidity will be higher. There is an exchange of hot springs. The large pool is not as clean as the private hot springs, but the hot springs have a strong smell of disinfectant water. Many European and American guests in this hotel can see half flowers in the hot springs. The European and American girl with a big snake on the back of her arm had a bad dinner experience in the room. She was very tired. The pace of the food was served. The quality of the dishes was not up to par with the same 4,000 people in Hoshino Kai. The cuisine is designed to have a luxurious feel. The Fufu series also has disadvantages in the room. After eating the roast beef, there was a big smell in the room. The lady who served the dish was very tired carrying heavy tableware. The food was served in the breakfast hall at a good pace. Many of the seasonings for both meals were Japanese-style sweet and salty, which was too sweet. The service is relatively basic. The reception at the door is very warm. There is a Toyota delivery service. The tea bar is not as rich as Ginsui Village and does not change according to time. The house here has almost no soundproofing. The exhaust fan and air conditioner are loud. You need to prepare earplugs to block the light. It is warmer than the average Japanese style. The hotel is good. I have experienced many hotels during this trip. The renovated Jiayun under Kyoritsu has the best impression. The food is good and the water is smooth. One hotel and two meals only cost more than 1,000. One person has experienced Shuzenji Arai and this hotel with a long history. I will not want to book again in the future. But Inatori Ginsuiso booked it again this time
VVT_BTThe hotel is near to the train station, just 5 to 10 mins walk. The room was clean and tidy. Toilet seat, water basins, refrigerator, hot water boiling machine were provided. Staff prepared the Japanese beds for us in the evening. There were a sitting room, book reading areas, smoking room inthe.public area. Private session for private onsens were provided. A free of charge card for the seven hot springs and city bus was provided. The staff were nice and helpful. The environment was quiet and the beds were comfortable.
AAnonymous UserThere is a shuttle bus to the station, the hotel environment is comfortable, and it has a hot spring. The bathroom design is very similar to the hot spring environment, and you can enjoy the riverside view while taking a bath.
Ttravel-with-meWe had a fantastic stay at this Ryokan. The staff were so attentive and welcoming (Thanks to our room attendant, Suzan) We arrived a little earlier than check in but we could go up to the room and were provided with tea. The room was beautiful and the beds were prepared when we were eating dinner. We were shown how to wear the yukata and even had welly boots for the rainy weather. The food was the highlight, fresh seasonal ingredients (crab!) which was displayed like a piece of art. I wish we stayed longer, well worth the money!
CCheng77Great location within walking distance to jr train station. Friendly reception although do not speak much English. Great healthy bento set for breakfast available for jpy700. Clean, efficient and simple hotel. Daily offer of free snacks or drinks. Washing machine and dryer available downstairs next to reception. Microwave is available for use too.
PPiwatUpon arrival, the hotel gave us 2 free tickets for aquarium next to the hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful with parking valet and our luggage. The room we were in had an amazing view and it is spacious. It’s a Japanese style room and the staff had to come to put out futon for us around dinner time. Communal bath is big with an outdoor onsen. We noticed that they use salt water in the bath and onsen instead of chlorinated water like many other onsen hotel we have stayed in the past. There are 2 restaurants in the hotel but they open rather late at 7 and 8 pm so we didn’t get to try them. Breakfast were the same the whole we stay but they are pretty decent so there is no complaints. I would consider this to be one of the best hotel we have stayed during our trip there.
KK LouThere is no breakfast nor dinner provided by this onsen hotel, and restaurants close a bit early. If you’re looking for an onsen meal, you maybe disappointed if you staying here. Beware if you’re a foodie.
The sound insulation is poor, please keep your voice down. Since the first night I arrived was windy and rainy, and the curtain for blocking the sun is made of bamboo, it kept hitting on the window all night long.
There is no elevators and the stairs is very steep, be careful if you bringing many luggages.
Although the servers do not understand English, they are very friendly and willing to help! Overall, I enjoyed a lot while the staying. Thank you!
NNg cc The hotel has its own hot spring, service attitude is warm. facilities are perfect, but not on the hot spring street, the price is reasonable. Suitable for self-driving travelers. If you come next time, you can recommend this hotel.
AAnonymous UserEverything was good, but when I tried to pay the additional amount when checking out, they told me to pay even the room price I paid in advance when making the reservation, saying it was a 'tax'. After 5 minutes of us checking and finding out, they suddenly said to themselves, ”Oh,” and told me the amount to pay again. It was so
At first, I thought it was a mistake, but when I thought about it, I saw that in Japan, even for small mistakes, they apologize repeatedly and say Moshiwake Gozaimasu, but the employee never said a single word of gomennasai.
Are we Mistake? So, I guess we just said Hi My Steak and that because we are foreigners, we tried to eat the cash by ourselves, but if you read the review, don't live such a pitiful life. Really.
And if you are a foreigner who wants to go here, beware of the guy wearing glasses who looks like the manager.
