They trust me so much that I said I would never stay at this hotel again, and their answer was, "Look behind you." What I saw was Arab guests. What a pity. By the way, even though I told them to change the TV menu to Arabic, they didn't care."

It is a okay hotel but the details are not taken care of. Acoustic isolation is very poor and in the night I was woken up by the noise of... the elevator. What can I say... The door is too small for the frame. You can see the corridor under it and there also goes the noise through."

"The Comfort House Hotel is an exceptionally well managed, family run Hotel with very large, clean and comfortable rooms. My room was surprisingly big with a king size double bed, two comfortable lounge chairs, a table and a separate desk with chair by the wall. The room included a good sized private bathroom. Trabzon is all hills. There is a large cluster of a variety of good restaurants and cafes about five minute or so easy walk across the hill from the Comfort House Hotel. Don't walk up the hill or down, walk across, easy. Best of all is the wonderful family that manages the Hotel."

The breakfast is very good, the rooms are kind of small for four people but they're good for two people. My observations are that there's no trash basket in the room, it's only in the Internet bathroom inside the rooms, sometimes it's poorly lighted and it needs to be increased a little. My stay was for a night."

He insisted on paying in Turkish lira, but with a higher exchange rate than the price displayed. It wasn't a pleasant experience."
