The Mu City Hotel

"The only thing I liked was the staff, who helped organize a trip to Panagia Soumela. Honestly, this was the dirtiest room I've stayed in for the past 15 years! The awful smell from the toilet kept me from sleeping! I had to open all the windows, but there were no mosquito nets, so I ended up feeding the mosquitoes all night. When the people in the next room turned on the water, it sounded like I was in the shower myself because there's no soundproofing. For a 3-star hotel, it's a disgrace not to even have a cup for a toothbrush in the bathroom, let alone a brush or toothpaste! There was no shower gel either. And the absolute worst part was the complete lack of room cleaning. How is that even possible?! The breakfast was terrible: boiled eggs, tomatoes, and cucumbers."

Holiday Inn TRABZON-EAST by IHG

"The hotel is nice and the location is good, the rooms are nice and clean, services are good overall. Staff were excellent. The breakfast is good but I thought it will be bigger. Downsides ＞ Noisy club sounds during the stay in the weekend. Rooms are transparent to sounds (you can here the next room) There is no good view to sea. The breakfast could be better."

"In short, you feel like you're at grandma's house. Door #1 is locked at night. I had to sneak out to catch my flight. It's very clean and smells nice."

"It was very nice hotel, clean and spacious rooms, few teething issue in toilet and bathroom which can be easily fixed. Very professional staff esp the kind kitchen ladies as they made us special breakfast one day when we did miss the deadline time of 11am. They are very hard working esp Beyzarun and Tunisian receptionist. Hotel is right in front of trabzon bus terminal and minibus is also easily located right in front of hotel. Overall very happy with our stay and would book again if travel to that city."

"We stayed at the North Star Hotel in Trabzon for one night, needing a good, high-quality hotel near the airport. Overall, we were very pleased. We booked a room with a double bed—the bed was very large and spacious, and we slept comfortably. The room was odor-free. All the furniture in the room was new, and there was a large Smart TV. The bathroom and fixtures were in excellent condition. There was air conditioning with a heating mode, which was especially convenient. The room also had a tea set, coffee, and water. Clean towels and fresh linens were provided. The hotel left a very pleasant impression—we would happily return again and recommend it to friends."
