The location of the hotel is perfect, especially the Square, Forum shopping center, Hagia Sophia Trabzon Mosque, and the seashore are within walking distance. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and tastefully designed. The view of Trabzon from the roof terrace was unforgettable. The staff was always friendly and helpful. It is a great choice for a comfortable and quiet stay in the center of Trabzon. I recommend that you ask the reception to buy tickets for the Uzungol and Hamsiköy tours, they will pick them up directly from the hotel and return them to the hotel after the tour. If I come again, I will definitely choose this hotel!"

"We spent 4 nights in this hotel as a base for our trips in northern Turkey before heading to Istanbul. The hotel was average, with modest rooms and breakfast. Rooms were ok though, with fairly good wifi and a small LCD TV. Bathrooms were not bad and clean. Tea and coffee facilities are present as well. The rooms are quite old and should be refurbished soon, but I think they already have better rooms, probably the ones with a sea view. The staff were friendly but usually couldn't speak english. The location was not very close to citycentre but taxis are not very expensive. There's a supermarket very close to the hotel and they have quite everything from groceries to fruits. Maybe it's not the best hotel in town but for a budgetary hotel it's not a bad choice."

"A luxurious hotel, though pricey. The sea-view rooms are absolutely stunning. Its location in Trabzon's most beautiful spot, Boztepe, is fantastic, with two famous restaurants right below it. You can even walk to the Boztepe viewpoint. The area is vibrant, surrounded by upscale neighborhoods, residential complexes, entertainment zones, and restaurants. However, the service was slow, which I didn't like. One day they missed cleaning my room, even though I left the 'Please clean' sign out. I approached the front desk staff, who were polite and helpful, but the room still wasn't cleaned. The breakfast was good and tasty, but the selection was less than what I'd expect from a five-star hotel in Turkey generally."

"It is not clear whether the breakfast is a disgrace or not, I asked for food from the room service at 22:00 in the evening. They said that the kitchen is closed, there is no room service, I got the answer that there is a big chef outside. The staff of the hotel is extremely rude and arrogant. God help you if you accidentally come across the front office manager... Arab customers. They trust me so much that I said I would never stay at this hotel again, and their answer was, "Look behind you." What I saw was Arab guests. What a pity. By the way, even though I told them to change the TV menu to Arabic, they didn't care."
