Unit was wsy too high tech for us!! Turn lights off. Huh?!!! Why have the bathroom in your bedroom!! Lights and noise and smell all together🙁

SuiteSeven is a stunningly beautiful boutique hotel located in the heart of the old City of Merano. Each room is a large suite outfitted with exceptional attention to detail. This is where high art architecture and design meets modern technology in a historic setting. Our room included an oversized soaker bath tub, steam equipped shower with light and aroma therapy, two large Samsung televisions in the bedroom and living areas, high end music sound system with I pad controller, electronic controlled privacy shutters to block out sound and light, high speed internet and a great work space. This place has it all. This small hotel has a modern elevator and very quaint dining area with an outdoor balcony and rooftop terrace. Breakfast is served each morning by the gracious on site host. A large scale hotel would have a difficult time trying to match the quality of this establishment. This was my first visit to Merano on my way from Davos to Venice but certainly not my last. The oldest part of the historic district dates back to 850. If you plan to visit Merano in your future this is the place to stay.

Wer etwas außergewöhnliches sucht, wird hier fündig. Modern ausgestattetes Hotel mitten in der Stadt. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen, stilvoll und sehr schick. Das Bad muss man einfach gesehen haben. Der Check-In funktionierte ohne Personal hervorragend. Parkplatz ist gebührenpflichtig schnell erreichbar. Die Lage bietet einen guten Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen. City-Liebhaber kommen auf ihre Kosten, weil man mittendrin ist. Klare Empfehlung.

Sette suite dal design moderno, spaziose e confortevoli. Suite Seven e’ una Luxury Guest House che permette di vivere Merano lentamente e con tutti i comfort a disposizione del centro storico. La struttura è anche dotata di una magnifica terrazza con jacuzzi che offre una vista a 360 gradi su Merano e le Dolomiti. La colazione, abbondante e genuina, è servita nel bar che si trova al primo piano, anch’esso accogliente e moderno. Comodo anche il parcheggio convenzionato situato a 200 metri

Hotel molto bello, centralissimo, moderno, funzionale e perfettamente ristrutturato. La reception funziona fino alle 13, dopo tale orario, il check in, deve essere fatto in modo autonomo, seguendo le indicazioni inviate via mail e via messaggio dalla struttura. L’accesso è semplice e di facile fruizione. La “suite” è ampia, molto ben arredata, completa di quasi tutto il necessario, ho trovato la mancanza di ciabattine ed un phon di mediocre qualità, peer il resto tutto estremamente funzionale, domotica, wi-fi, arredamento, di primissima qualità. Colazione servita al 1’ piano, moto assortita, completa di ottimi prodotti, dolci, salati e frutta fresca. Per accedere alla sala dove viene servita la colazione bisogna uscire pertanto e’ consigliabile coprirsi. Pulizia al top ! Personale gentile. Un appunto, non è stato possibile lasciare i bagagli in hotel, perché il personale va via alle 13 e dopo tale orario non sarebbe stato possibile recuperare i bagagli, per un hotel di questa levatura e’ un limite ed un disagio. Prezzo, molto elevato.

Wir sind als Familie angereist 3 Personen. Bei der Anreise war das Zustellbett nicht gerichtet ( für unsere Tochter) auf telefonische Anfrage bei der Inhaberin, wurde mir gesagt es wären nur 2 Personen gemeldet. Das war so nicht richtig konnte man bei der Buchung über Check 24 auch einsehen. Wurde innerhalb von 30 Minuten behoben. Das war für uns auch in Ordnung. Als wir am zweiten Nachmittag in die Unterkunft zurück gekommen sind, stand unsere Zimmertür offen. Als wir uns bei den Inhabern telefonisch meldet haben wurde uns gesagt wir sollten nachschauen ob etwas fehlt. Die Zimmerkarten wurden neu programmiert über den Zimmersafe… ansonsten gab es hierzu keine Reaktion 🙈🙈🙈🙈🙈es wurde uns gesagt das Personal hätte wohl die Türe nicht richtig verschlossen. Als wir abends nach dem Essen in die Unterkunft zurück gekommen sind, stand die Zimmertür in der Nachbarsuite offen🙈🙈🙈, wir haben diese Situation telefonisch gemeldet … Reaktion hierzu war ob wir die Zimmertüren schließen könnten. Wir haben jetzt nach unserem Urlaub nochmal per WhatsApp nachgefragt… es gab keine Reaktion. Für uns ist diese Begebenheit unverständlich!!!! Die Zimmer sind über das Treppenhaus für Fremde zugänglich!!! Im Nachgang sind wir der Meinung man hätte die Polizei rufen sollen. Für die Preise die hier ausgerufen werden, finden wir die Reaktion der Inhaber nicht tragbar. Die Suiten sind sehr schön, und wir haben hier auch alles wie in der Beschreibung angetroffen. Schade

Hotel meraviglioso, pulito, curato in ogni dettaglio. Gestori cortesi ed attenti ad ogni richiesta. Posizione centrale perfetta per godersi questa città speciale anche di sera. Bagno spettacolare e vista altrettanto bella. La signora che gestisce la colazione è veramente tanto disponibile e gentile. Torneremo. Grazie di tutto e buon lavoro.
