HHotchocho3We had the most perfect stay at this hotel in Sapa! We originally booked it to catch a glimpse of the train, and we were greeted by it the moment we arrived — such a magical experience. Our room was on the ground floor, conveniently located near the café, so we got to enjoy our meals with the train passing by as our view. To top it all off, the weather was absolutely perfect, making our stay even more memorable. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Sapa!

AAnonymous UserI had a wonderful stay at Pistachio Hotel Sapa. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. My room was beautiful, clean, and the bed was super comfortable. They even upgraded my room for free and surprised me with a birthday cake when I came back, which was such a warm and thoughtful gesture.
The view was stunning, the facilities were excellent, and breakfast was delicious. I truly loved everything about this hotel and will definitely come back. Highly recommended!

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is a beautiful 5-star property not too far from Sapa town with luxurious interiors, stunning valley views, and excellent breakfast service—even with personal touch from the GM himself. While the overall stay was pleasant, the final day was marred by a poorly handled incident. After being locked out of the room due to a door battery issue, we were later accused of taking a missing toilet roll bag. Forced to unpack our luggage in front of others on the reception lobby floor, the experience was humiliating and upsetting. Although an apology was offered, it came too late. The lack of professionalism and proper procedures overshadowed an otherwise good stay, and we hope the management takes this feedback seriously.

HHYEOKMINConsidering that it is a very old hotel, it was not bad. The hot water came out very well and the facility itself was clean. It is cold when you travel in April, but the air conditioning worked well.
There were reviews saying that the breakfast was delicious, and it was really not bad, but it was not a catering buffet like you usually think, but a breakfast where you order from a menu. It was free with no limit on the number of items, and it was not the breakfast menu I expected (butter toast -> half butter and baguette (banh mi) or pancake -> Korean Gyeongsang-do style pumpkin pancake).
However, since it is very close to Sapa Square, it was very convenient to go on a tour of Fansipan, Cat Cat Village, and Ta Van Village (Sapa Lake is honestly only a hotel and restaurant, so I don't think you have to stay there.)

FFAJARULAffordable price, warm hospitality. The room is worth the price with basic necessities. Please choose a double room, ground floor. The room is spacious and easy for us Muslim to pray.The twin room on the 2nd floor, small room not enough space to pray but they have huge balcony but unfortunately we come during rainy season so we didn't utilize the balcony. The staff are really friendly and help us a lot to suggest what is the best itinerary during our stay due to the rainy season. The room rate includes breakfast but for us Muslim only we can eat hard boiled eggs because they serve pork. But do not worry the halal restaurant is only walking distance from the homestay. If you don't feel like walking you can rent a motorbike from the reception from 7am to 10pm only 150k. The view from the rooftop is so beautiful. If you like to save budget, this is the best place to stay. Cheapest & comfortable. If you enjoy walking, there are some places walking distance only. Sunplaza (funicular ride to Moang Ho Station), Sapa Market, The Swing is just nearby.

JJJJSWSThe resort is designed for private retreat. Great service. Just right outside and not too far from the city. I really feel at peace staying there. Love the view of Fansipan right from my bed. The bathrobe is very fluffy and comfortable, please have them for sale next time I’m staying.
Everything in the room function well except the bath tub that flood the whole bathroom area when drains. It dried out pretty quick tho.
The room is mostly quiet and tranquil, away from all traffic noises, however, mind the sound proof in room as karaoke is the culture!!!
