Initially, we booked just one night to check the hotel out but ended up staying 5 nights!! We loved the accommodations. The suite-style room was great, the bed was very comfortable, and it was super quiet. Parts of the hotel are still being refurnished so the hallway carpeting is in need of replacement but our room was in good shape. The hot breakfast buffet is also very good with scrambled eggs, beans, potatoes, meat, & pancakes. The location was also great as we were close to the Huckleberry Loop & biked different sections of it everyday. What awesome network of trails!! There were only a couple of negatives, the room temperature was hard to control & there were limited TV channels available but that definitely wouldn’t stop us from staying here again! It was a great stay!

We stayed at the Doubletree when we dropped off our daughter at U of A. The property is a little dated but fine. When we checked in, the gave us a room in the court yard area of the hotel. The court yard wing is a two story building that is separate from the main hotel which is about a 10 story building. We were on the second floor and immediately upon entering the room it smelled musty and my wife said it smelled like cigarettes. We also noticed that the AC wasn't working very well and called down to the front desk to get another room. They said that no other rooms were available and that it was monsoon season and the AC struggled to keep up. After spending a hot nigh in the room, we left that day to move our daughter into U of A. When we returned, the room was still warm and I called down to the front desk and again asked if we could get another room. The answer was no and then I asked to speak to the manager. Alex the manager called me back and apologized for poor AC and agreed to discount our room because of the issue. He also sent a maintenance person up to look at the AC and bring us a fan. The maintenance person said that after an adjustment the AC was blowing seven degrees cooler. I am not sure that was a the case but maybe it got a little better, not sure. Anyway, we ended up leaving a day early and ate the last night of our stay. Speaking with Alex the manger, it sounds like the problem is confined to the court yard area and that the main building is fine. I would just say buyer beware if you are considering staying here during the hot summer months.

Always a fan of the AC hotels, and this one definitely meets the mark. Located in downtown Tucson, short drive from the airport and 1 block away from nightlife, coffee, and restaurants. Hotel parking can be pricey, but luckily there are some decent street parking options around. The hotel is right next to a nightclub so you may hear noises til late night so beware if you value a quiet night's sleep. Lobby is well appointed, not huge but has a decent bar. Check-in was quick and easy, not much of a line. Elevators get you to your room quickly, not much of a wait. Not the tallest hotel but you have a decent view of downtown Tucson with large windows. Bed is nice and comfortable, rooms are large with plenty of outlets and luggage storage. Bathroom is large and comfortable and wifi works perfectly. Overall will try to stay again.

I must say it is wonderful staying here, but Jordan ”valet” stole the show! He was such a pleasure pulling up in the evenings and getting such a wonderful greeting from him. He was absolutely AWESOME!!! Jordan made sure to ask how was our day, we felt like he personally took care of us. He's an asset to DoubleTree, keep up the great service DoubleTree, until next time!

The resort is absolutely stunning - from the rooms to the views, the food and especially the drinks. Blake, the bartender at the Casa 71 tequila lounge was the highlight of our trip - we went down an amazing mezcal tasting journey together and he went above and beyond when making our drinks off menu. Go by the lounge and request the Pink Dragon drink if you’re a fan of mezcal and prickly pear, we created the drink together!

Check-in was smooth. I was fortunate to get an upgrade to Executive Level so breakfast was complimentary, and we stayed on the top floor. Thank you, Katherine!! Our room faced north and had a great view of the beautiful mountains. Very nicely decorated room, spacious, very firm bed (my wife liked it better than I did), comfortable settee. Beautiful walk-in shower (no tub). Breakfast buffet was fine but not great (lower-quality bacon, instant eggs vs real, good fresh cut fruit and pastries; they also had potatoes, cold cereal, oatmeal, and more). They did have excellent chicken wings at dinner time at the on-site restaurant. Overall we found the staff to be pleasant, providing good service. It's a fun hotel visually, has glass elevators, and it was a good value, even before the generous upgrade.

Very beautiful place, there is a lot of things to do, the rooms are very clean and comfortable. Valet staff can be a little more kinder and helpful. But overall the rest of the staff was very kind and helpful. Good experience, would recommend staying in a beautiful place like this.

Wonderful location near the airport. The room was very spacious and quite comfortable. The pool is heat year round and was very nice to have available. The on site restaurant breakfast buffet was decent enough for the price. Complimentary cookies upon check-in was also a nice touch. Locked myself out of the room and it was not a hassle to get back in. Also, grabbing sna KS from the self serve kiosk and billing them to the room before swimming was super convenient.

AAngela_jadeNo one has lived in Ctrip, so it is the first review, write down the real review:
Advantages: clean, rooms, bedding, and toilets are very clean and tidy, 2 looks like a legendary motel (I haven't lived in it, I don't know what a motel is, I thought it might be a car modification called a motel, There is an exquisite old car at the entrance of this hotel. My friend said it might be a motel 😅, I don’t know.) But we have done a lot of art fountains. The entire yard is also clean, orderly, safe, and absolutely safe. There are lobby and two The very formal front desk looks and wears pretty nice including talking, so security is no problem. There is free milk, ice water, coffee supply in the small lobby, there is a long bar, and there is another one when you go out. The small swimming pool looks very clean)
Disadvantages: The 17-square-meter house really feels small and compact, the bed is 1.5 meters, it is really small for two people, and the air conditioner is very loud.
I didn’t take the real scene of the hotel. It’s almost the same as the hotel itself, but the simple room catalog is very interesting. It should be counted as our domestic bed and breakfast. I saw the sanitation cleaner during the checkout. Wow, I’m in good shape. Beautiful black girl
Tucson made a temporary decision. It was because the rooms became dissatisfied during various major exhibitions. Or else the price of 4 points or more was not decent. The AC Marriott in the city center last year has been more than 4,000 and nearly 5,000. In fact, the hotel rooms are not only large. It’s clean. The facilities in other rooms of the brand hotel are fine, so after thinking about the domestic epidemic, I’d better save some. I can also buy more masks. Finally, I looked at it on the booking and the evaluation was pretty good. I forgot the high score of 8.5 or 9.1. Most of the comments were clean and safe. It was 1500 on the day and I made a reservation for one day. In the next two days, I chose the Four Points by Sheraton Airport Hotel with a score of 4.2 because it was the next two days. The price is good for 1,300 and there is a room for a night. It was confirmed later that it was quite clear. The hotel next to the airport occupies the largest area and the hotel environment is good.
GGuest UserI heard a noise scratching in the mattress, that woke me up. I called to the front desk and the lady did come up right away. She heard the noise twice herself. I was moved to a king suite at 11:00 pm. I was checking out at 11:00 am the next morning. I asked the manager for one night of room comp while checking out. He said that I was moved to a king suite. That was only for a couple of hours. I didn't get the full benefits of the suite for several reasons. The nightstand in the bedroom didn't have a table lamp nor a ceiling light. The only light was from the main living room or the bathroom outside of the bedroom. I didn't turn the TV on because I had to get back to sleep to be up on time to pack and checkout. I asked did they find out what it was in the mattress? I was told no. Kind of strange you put the room out of services and found nothing. A staff member heard the same noise, hit the mattress and heard the noise again.
This was the perfect place to stay while traveling from Phoenix to Tombstone - the hotel is right off the 10 freeway. The hotel is very clean, has a pool & jacuzzi, free breakfast, free parking, and the staff were very nice. There's a Denny's next door and some fast food place, but if you don't feel like driving to dinner, there's a menu at reception for a pizza place that delivers to your room, and the pizza was good. We would definitely stay here again when passing through.
ННиколайNice hotel right next to the airport. There is a hot pool, a nice courtyard with palm trees and oranges. The hotel restaurant is one of the top 5 in the city according to trip advisor, the food is delicious. The room was not cleaned even once in 5 days.
MMark WSo we check into Red Roof Inn Tucson at the Airport, the Superior King room with an office desk and king size bed. The young woman at the front desk was busy with her phone, and I could just damn-well wait until she’s done. Already, I’m having doubts. Get to the room, and the toilet doesn’t work. The plunger sitting next to it should have been a tip-off. I go to the office, and tell cupcake that the toilet in the room won’t flush. She actually asked me “What’s it doing?” I pointed out the part about won’t flush. So we switch rooms. I was told that there were no Superior King rooms left. Which, according to the website was a lie. The booking page said there were some left. We get moved to a Superior Double room but with two full size beds and a smaller desk. Fine? No. It’s not fine. Here’s the list of why: There’s no ‘do not disturb’ sign (we never have maid service), there’s no trash can of any kind, there’s no coffee maker (one of the things that denote a Superior Room), the fridge is unplugged (didn’t know that, warm left over chicken dinner), the microwave wasn’t plugged in, the clock wasn’t plugged in and the cord was in a wad on the bedside table, the light over the bed wasn’t plugged in, the plug strip next to the bed only half works (another Superior Room item), the room phone doesn't work, and the bedspreads on both beds has so many stains on it, including one that looks like blood, it’s holding enough DNA to keep a lab busy for a month. No way on Earth are we sleeping under or anywhere near that thing so I strip it off and toss it in a corner. I’m pretty sure it squirmed a little bit when it landed. Wanna guess what’s not on the bed? A blanket. It’s just a sheet. It’s a clean sheet and we don’t seem to have bedbugs so we’ve got that going for us… which is nice. We do travel with a fleece blanket so we at least had something. And we did get a Do Not Disturb sign after numerous calls to the desk. Today, when we got back to the room the do not disturb sign is gone, and 24 hours after being asked about the coffee pot, there still isn't one. And, the dude staying next to us is out on the walkway smoking…. In a 100% smoke free hotel. The designated smoking area is clearly too far for him to waddle. I considered calling the front desk, but the room phone doesn't work. And, she would have blown it off anyway---might have to put her phone down. So, we got to stay in a crap room. For both days. I coulda gone to Motel 6 and had a better room. So if you’re ever in Tucson, pass on the Red Roof Inn at the Airport. I’m going to pass on the Red Roof Inn no matter where I am.
GGuest UserWe had to get out of an apartment asap I am extremely allergic to mold and needed a place to stay for a week til we figured out what to do next. It was so nice there! The people who work there are lovely, I loved the staff, they really care and are genuinely good people and make you feel at ease and cared for. The rooms are clean and spacious, the pool and hot tub is clean, it is nice and quiet. I slept so good and got the rest I needed there! I highly recommend it!
HHUILINGBreakfast is a selection of several packages, not buffet. Chinese people can only eat it casually. The room is quite large and clean. The price of one hundred and twenty-two is generally good, but the price is like this.
GGuest UserThe front desk was awesome and helpful, but the price of the room was not that of a $100 per night $100 deposit La Quinta.
This location should be no more that $60 per night. Other than that there was parking for truck and trailer and everything was still there in the morning.
TTINGThe environment is average, the room is big enough, and quite quiet, it is convenient to go everywhere, and the price/performance ratio is not bad
KKimberly/Very convenient location if you've got an early flight. There was construction happening but it wasn't disturbing, and the facilities and rooms were quite clean. The staff were very friendly and were able to get us some breakfast before their appointed breakfast time (6AM-9AM). They were also nice enough to call for the airport shuttle for us. While the room did come with the usual complimentary tea & coffee, soaps, shampoo/conditioner, and lotion, it didn't come with toothbrushes or toothpaste; so be sure to pack your own.
