Large and relaxing We enjoy a comfortable stay and had great service. Only drawback was someone above us dragging a chair across the floor a lot for some reason. It was loud on the hardwood floors.

One night stay Had some business early morning in Tulsa so decided to stay the night before. This hotel is fantastic! Awesome location and the architecture is absolutely amazing. I will be coming back here with my lady for a weekend getaway real soon!

Beautiful historic hotel The hotel is beautiful, especially the lobby is breathtaking. My room was spacious in very nice. The bed was super comfy. Valet service went very well. I got a $14 voucher but they didn't accept it at the rooftop bar, so I used it at The Mark for breakfast, which was not very good (microwaved muffin sandwich). All in all my stay was very enjoyable.

Disappointed The Mayo is a cool looking hotel but not much more. The front desk fumbled thru our check in, the a/c in our room didn’t work, the toilet didn’t work, the shower knobs we’re messed up, valet was a nightmare, the rooftop bar was closed and we were referred to other hotels by the front desk.

I booked this place because they advertised a rooftop experience. I flew in for a concert and the roof was closed. Plus, the room they put me in was on the 2nd floor and the view was trash dumpsters and a dirty building. Disappointing experience to say the least. Plus, like everything nowadays… overpriced. The staff was friendly. Cafe was fine. Just check ahead to see if roof is open if you want that experience.

Great stay! Beautiful historic hotel. Suite was well designed and so comfortable! There weren’t easily accessible plugs on both sides of the bed which was annoying. The linens, pillows and mattress were amazing. Would have liked for them to have had tea bags available. Only offered 2 coffee Kcups with caffeine and 2 decaf.

We were in Tulsa for the Big 12 Wrestling Championships and decided to stay at The Mayo Hotel again. We had stayed there previously 2 years ago for the NCAA Wrestling Championships and liked the quality of our stay. It is also convenient walking distance to the BOK Center and excellent restaurants. However, there was a change in the brand of amenities that I could not use. All bath gel, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion had the same strong citrus scent that was so overpowering for me. It was a good thing I brought my own supplies.

Mayo the Best?? I was ready to experience the art deco opulence that is the Mayo. Hmmm, well, a couple of bumps on that road. The main ballroom on main level shown in all the PR pictures is unbelievable and amazing. Wish more thought and effort was put into the rest of the Mayo experience. Probably a bunch of nits, but here goes. Pushy valets urging me to use their valet service at $30 a day. I refused and easily found a public parking lot, AROUND THE CORNER, on South Boulder for $10 a day instead. The lighting in the room was curious. Why no lighting in the bedroom/TV viewing area?? I had to use my flashlight ap. to adjust the thermostat. The elevator was infuriating. Sometimes I was in the elevator for two minutes trying to get the damn card to take so I could get to my room (no stairs option to bypass the elevator, btw). And the biggest complaint, the construction zone adjacent to my room in the alley. Starting at 6:30 am to 5 pm. Loud concrete removal down chute, rumbling, truck noise, screeching and construction worker conversation. Not. Peaceful. That is all. Stay at the Campbell...
