The Community has the following activities for you to enjoy. 1. 3 minute walk to a beautiful beach right on the lake. 2. 5 minute walk to the brand new pickleball and tennis courts. (We even have pickleball supplies for you in the shed) 3. Playground for the kids to enjoy. 4. Lake with kayaks to enjoy all of Gods creation. The event includes practice and qualifying sessions for the Truck Series, followed by the main race in the evening. The track is located minutes away from Carebear Cabin:) We know, contracts aren't the most exciting part of your getaway, but to keep our home safe, we'll need you to sign a quick rental agreement upon booking (this will be sent to you, after you book) — then it's all fun from there! COMMUNITY REGISTRATION: - The cabin is located in the Brier Crest Woods community. All guests are required to be registered with the community before booking. - All membership fees are included in your reservation, and we take care of handling your registration before your arrival! - Please note, after you book, we will have additional questions that will need to be answered to complete your registration. - Each registration includes 10 guests. If you plan to have any individuals over this number, you will need to pay an additional $5 per person. (Note, children under 6 are not included in the guest count.) - Each registration receives up to 4 vehicle passes. If you plan to have more than 4, it costs $10 per vehicle pass. Upon arrival, you will need to collect your vehicle passes in the mailbox, in front of the cabin, and hang them on your vehicles rearview mirrors. - There are community wrist bands located at the cabin. These can be used if you plan to use any of the community areas, such as the beach, basketball court, trash dumpster, etc. The wrist bands are reusable and should be left at the cabin when you depart. Here are a few ways that we are loving on the beautiful environment, and welcoming you to join us! - We use high-quality, sustainable mattresses and linens - We offer a drip coffee maker so that you can reduce your single-use pod disposable, while opting for a pot of coffee to eliminate waste! - All of our toiletries are eco-friendly, clean products that come with reusable dispenser bags to eliminate waste. - We use LED lighting throughout the home to minimize electricity usage. Thanks to the natural sunshine, you can soak in the sun that floods this home through all of the large windows, without using excessive home lightning during the day! - Our home is in a great location for Instacart!
