Warm welcome of desk staffs and English speaker...so no language barrier. Good breakfast, clean and nice rooms. Comfortable beds. Still figuring how trip.com could give me a better quote than IHG for being a member.

Very good location, right opposite Turino train station. Walking distance to many attractions and surrounded by restaurants. Fuss less check in, have all the basis amenities in the room, except for wine glasses, and they do not provide bottled water and toothbrush that most hotels do. Supermarket is also right beside the hotel, can get all the basic necessities there.

Parking being limited to the capacity of customers, should be booked before arrival, however this information was communicated to us at check in causing us serious inconvenience considering the central location of the hotel and especially our late arrival time at the hotel which forced us to have to wander around for a long time at night looking for a parking space

I requested a room with a bathtub and mountain view, but neither of my wishes was fulfilled. The receptionist made excuses such as the hotel being fully booked and bathtubs being taken out nowadays for sustainability reasons, and he did not look like he was trying hard to find one for me. Hotels are the place to relax, and bathtubs should not be sacrificed. I moved from Double Tree next door just wishing for a bathtub and a nice view, but I don't think I will return to NH because the room and staff were better at Double Tree if I could not have them anyway. The 500ml bottle of water in the fridge cost €3, whereas it did €2 at Double Tree. The room equipment was much better at Double Tree. Here at NH, there are no electric outlets near the bed. I was surprised. The only upside is that NH is closer to the metro station, but the metro was not running while I was there. Location-wise, I recommend this hotel for those who drive here. Parking is plenty.

This hotel is in a good location, but the sound is not good. The sound of rail transit on the side is too noisy. Please avoid lightning if you don't sleep well

Hotel and room itself were okay, but I was shocked when someone opened my door and walked into my room at 9:15am in the morning without knocking or ringing beforehand, while I was still sleeping . Again someone (not sure if same person) walked into my room at around 10am (checkout time is 12pm), this time it was the mini-bar guy, asking if the mini bar items need to be restocked. I brought this up at the reception upon checkout, and the receptionist was a bit surprised to hear and stated that she would speak with the mini-bar guy. Another, seemingly more senior receptionist chimed in, and seemed to put the blame on me for not putting out the ”do not disturb” sign at my door. I've stayed in numerous high/low end hotels in multiple countries around the world, I've never had a guy open my room door and walk into my room just because I didn't put out a ”dnd” sign. Again, checkout time is 12:00pm.

This was our second time at Duparc and we were again very happy with the size, convenience and cleanliness of the family suite.
The staff is friendly and very helpful.
The breakfast has improved a lot since last year. It's a little too much on the sweet side still.

The hotel is a 15-minute walk from the Porta Nuova train station, and a 5-minute walk to the left is the subway station. There is a supermarket not far across the road, but most supermarkets in Turin close at 8 p.m.
The girls and boys who received the hotel were all very smiling. The room was not big, but it was enough. The hotel stored luggage for free.
When you arrive in Turin, you must first go to the Castello Square on Garibaldi Street. There is a tourist center on the left building facing the Royal Palace of Turin, where you can buy a museum + public transportation card. This card is very cost-effective. After buying it, you can enter almost all museums in Turin for free and take buses and subways unlimited times.
I suffered a loss when I first arrived. Yesterday, I bought a public transportation card at a tobacco shop (small convenience store) on the street. Before coming, I was afraid that it would be difficult to buy tickets for the Egyptian Museum on site, so I bought tickets for the Egyptian Museum online in advance for 18 euros. Yesterday, I spent 10 euros to visit three museums, and the net loss was at least 30 euros.
But I am also open-minded. It is normal to spend money in a strange place. The purpose of travel is to be happy.

Amazing
MMuzicaopingThe hotel is in a great location. It completely exceeds the expectations of a 4️⃣ star hotel. It feels like a 5 star hotel. The lobby is grand. The rooms are large and well designed. The hotel is clean and hygienic. The environment is good. The service is warm. The breakfast is very rich. It is worth recommending.
AAl AminI had a wonderful stay at J Hotel near Juventus Headquarters. The location is perfect for football fans, close to Allianz Stadium. The room was spacious, clean, and stylish. The staff was welcoming, and the breakfast was excellent. A fantastic choice for anyone visiting Turin, especially Juventus supporters!
SshangdsThe location is good, not far from the train station, and convenient for eating nearby. A relatively new hotel with an average gym, but there is a large commercial gym next to it. Breakfast is relatively simple, mainly cold meals, without vegetables, but the bread is delicious and the fruits are delicious.
GGuest UserBack to Turin, I booked this hotel randomly and was very satisfied. The price-performance ratio is super high, much better than expected. The location is safe and secure. It is between the Conservatory of Music and the Academy of Fine Arts. It is within walking distance of Via Roma and other places. The hotel is very new. I booked a balcony room. It is very comfortable to sit on the balcony and chat on vacation.
CCheThe room was spacious and clean. It was conveniently located near Volta Nuovo Station, but it took about 15 minutes to walk to the Royal Palace. There was a wide variety of breakfast options, and although there were few raw vegetables, many of the Turin specialties were good.
The Wi-Fi signal was weak, so I couldn't watch videos.
GGuest UserSoggiorno eccellente!
AAnonymous UserExcellent hotel with excellent location, right next to the porta sousa station, there are several stations in Turin, and excellent breakfast. If you stay more than one night, it is better to take a room on a side street, otherwise there is a tram.
SSuperchen1The hotel is good overall, with many breakfast options and a small gym. The small swimming pool outside can only be used in summer. It is quite clean.
GGuest UserThe room was very good, the living was comfortable and the service was very good. The environment is good, the price is very high, and the family is the first time to come to Italy, I feel like the humanities and scenery here, in short, it exceeds expectations.
GGuest UserI was fine (I had already been there in May, getting a very good impression) .... kind and courteous staff, good and plentiful breakfast .... shame about the keys, a bit difficult to use which made the opening the door quite complex
