We recently stayed at the Sebel/Mantra Hotel and had a generally pleasant experience. The room we were initially given wasn't what we had booked, which was a bit disappointing, but the staff were very helpful and quickly arranged a different room for us. The rooms themselves were clean and comfortable, though a bit on the smaller side. Breakfast was good quality, but we were expecting a bit more variety for a hotel of this level. Overall, the service made up for the minor hiccups, and we appreciated the staff's responsiveness.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The room had a great view and the beach was a stone's throw away, although the trek from the lobby to my room took a while.

the light on the ceiling was old and dim, the air conditioner didn't have the heat function, the quilt was just a piece of sheet, the front desk wasn't professional and they were cold face. Even the WiFi in the hotel wasn't for free unless you have the membership, it seems like the hotel was trying to make things difficult to customers. The hotel didn't create a sense that customers were welcomed.

Very satisfied, close to the beach and next to the restaurant. The family lives in one bedroom and one living room, so ask the front desk for an extra blanket, and one person sleeps on the sofa in the living room, which is affordable.
