Needs maintenance beds were bad hotel needs basic paint and cleaning. Mattresses not good . The beach is good but hotel not taken mg advantage of prime location … no gym breakfast also…………………………………………………………………………,.0poor front staff poorly trained and rude

Booked for two nights but room was in a terrible state . Dirty , holes drilled in walls , smelly , black mould in shower . They offered another room at R$ 3000.00 per night which I declined . Checked out after one night after I was told i could . No reply after checking out to my emails from hotel nor head office about my refund for second night . At around R$ 1000.00 per night it’s also way overpriced . Would not recommend it .

Great place to spend time with family and couple. Staff are great!! Room cleanliness is great. Clean floor, bed linen and towels. The view from the hotel room is beautiful. Awesome spot to rest in the weekend.

Hotel pe na areia, aconchegante, funcionários atenciosos e solícitos, localização excelente. Houve problema na reserva mas resolveram me dando um upgrade. Café da manhã excelente, acima das minhas expectativas com omelete e tapiocas feitas na hora, quarto espaçoso com varanda. Precisando de manutenção na piscina e trocas urgentes dos ralos. Academia básica, não usei. Alimentação no hotel muito caro, poderiam diminuir 50% dos valores cobrados, o que evitaria de sairmos para comer. Uma longneck a 22 reais. Como era Páscoa tinha mimos de chocolates no quarto. Serviço de recreação para as crianças. No geral um excelente hotel precisando de algumas reformas e modernização mas percebi que estão sempre em manutenção. Voltaria com certeza.

L'hôtel donne directement sur la plage mais à part cela tout le reste est négatif : L'ensemble des parties communes (accueil, salle de restauration, bar,... ) est en mauvais état et désuet. La chambre était petite et le mobilier dans un état déplorable. La fenêtre ne se fermait pas. Et tout cela pour 170 €, la nuit !! Un rapport qualité/prix nul.

Conheço este Hotel desde que era Recanto das Toninhas. A localização e instalações são excelentes. Com a nova adninistração o serviço e atendimento continuou com o mesmo padrão. Estivemos em janeiro de 2024 e agora em fevereiro de 2025 e notamos que muitos dos equipamentos do quarto foram trocados (ar condicionado, camas, colchões, etc.)

Excelente recepção, todos muito cordiais, limpo, pe na areia, muito bem localizado apesar que a praia tem muitas ondas e muito forte, serviço de praia com cadeiras, mesinha de apoio, guarda-sol… O único descontentamento é com respeito aos preços das bebidas e do restaurante e do bar, onde uma cerveja de 330 ml R$ 22,00,
