Our stay at the Parallel Hotel was comfortable, but what truly stood out was the exceptional food at Firki Restaurant nestled within the property. We spent a week at the hotel, and each day brought a remarkable culinary experience. Since we prefer non-spicy vegetarian meals, the chefs—Mr. Chote Lal and Mr. Devinder—went above and beyond to craft dishes perfectly suited to our tastes. Mr. Chote Lal, in particular, regularly followed up to ensure every meal met our expectations. His personal commitment to our dietary preferences and well-being was extraordinary—so much so that in over 40 years of traveling the world, we’ve rarely encountered such genuine care and attention. Each dish tasted like a warm meal prepared at home—comforting, flavorful, and cooked with heart. The entire staff at Firki are outstanding. Their warmth, professionalism, and dedication to service turned every dining experience into something special. We enthusiastically recommend Firki Restaurant not only to hotel guests but also to residents of Udaipur. With reasonable prices and a breathtaking panoramic view of the city, it’s a gem worth discovering. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for their generous hospitality.
