When we first arrived our booked room was unavailable so they put us in a deluxe room with a living area and balcony.... But the festival was so loud. It was good for photos but not for sleeping. Unfortunately the room had a strong smoking smell so the next day we switched to the room booked the double room for family. Honestly we liked 408 much better than fancy room.... It was one flight from the restaurant. We didn't like the set breakfast that comes with room but the restaurant upstairs has a super good american breakfast with imported USA bacon. Best breakfast we've had in india in 3 weeks. Worth the extra money. Also get 15 percent off if staying at the hotel. The service was fantastic
The only negative is cannot take taxi directly to hotel but you can take a tuk tuk or call hotel they will send boys to carry luggage up for you. Other than that location is perfect.

部屋でwifiが使えないのと、レストランの音楽がうるさすぎてセンスも良くないです。
ただホテル全体としてはとても良いです。部屋のバルコニーからお寺の様子がよく見えました。設備は問題なく快適で、スタッフは親切でフレンドリーです。早朝の出発で朝食を取る時間がなかったのですが、空港で食べられるよう準備しておいてくれました。もしウダイプルにまた来るなら、こちらに泊まりたいです。

I really enjoyed my stay here. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were very supportive. The rooftop bar-cum-restaurant Sun N Moon was lovely — tasty food, nice view, and a 15% discount for guests. Cars can’t reach the hotel directly, so you’ll need to take an auto from the nearest parking area. It’s best to call the hotel for guidance. Also, Banjara Heritage, Banjara Retreat, and Udaipur Niwas are the same place — mentioning Sun N Moon Restaurant helps locals and auto drivers identify it easily. The location is great otherwise — Jagdish Temple and Banke Bihari Temple are right opposite, and Gangaur Ghat and Bagore Ki Haveli are a short walk away. Everything else was perfect. Highly recommended! Special Note: The approach road to the hotel is quite congested, and cars cannot reach directly — plan accordingly.

If you want to stay in a lakeside hotel when in Udaipur, my recommendation will be Hotel Banjara Heritage. The price is reasonable with an amazing breakfast buffet which you can enjoy with the mesmerizing view of the lake Pichola itself. The rooms were spacious with modern amenities and aesthetics which were properly functional. There was a lift which is definitely convenient if travelling with senior companions. Although the hotel and the rooftop cafe are co-existing, you have to pay when you order/when they arrive with the food which is something I felt they can work on to co-ordinate so that one can pay the entire bill during check-out rather than paying in parts whenever you order something from the restaurant. I only booked this hotel for the breathtaking views and modern amenities. All the tourist attractions were in walking distance which saved the travel cost. Hence the hotel definitely met my expectations. You can get a good deal from goibibo when you book the hotel.

The staff was very polite and have good hospitality. The food is excellent. One small suggestion that please make a one small light bulb in mirror side otherwise all good. Mr. Ankit is very polite and helpful for the whole trip. Suggested auto driver Mr. Raees bhai is also a good person and well knowing about all place where i go. Overall good experience.

Im not sure about the other rooms, but we stayed in a wonderful room with two big beds and lots of space. Entering the hotel is a little confusing and the elevator is tiny, but there is a working lift! The food for breakfast was nice. The staff are really wonderful, and the roof top really is a great view of the city. The best part of the hotel was the location - we really like the jagdish mandir and this hotel is literally a couple of steps away. We stayed here comfortably with an eledery person and a 20 month baby! I'd recommend this place for sure.

The hotel staff are very nice, and the breakfast is reasonably good. The rooms are really clean. However, I feel it would be better if they provided sandals, as the floor is very cold in winter. They also kept our luggage for the whole day after our check-out, which was very helpful. Most importantly, the location is excellent.

Pros : Awesome, neat and clean hotel. Hot water available all the time. Roof top restaurant food veg/nonveg both were also delicious. They have managed everything flawlessly within small space. The location of this hotel is at perfect spot where all tourist attractions are near by. Friendly staff. Cons : Only issue was the parking, where no hotels on that coast has it. Hence needed to park in government allotted parking which costs 250 Rs per day. You can absolutely stay at this hotel. Would give this 5 stars. - AkuL M S
