The food was good and we learnt interesting facts about Rajasthani cuisine. Sonam and Satveer were awesome hosts and made our visit comfortable and enjoyable. They made sure all our requests were attended to and shared fun historical facts.

My stay at the Raffles was amazing. The property provides a peaceful oasis in the middle of the lake with spectacular grounds and beautiful nature (including the green parrots!) From the moment I stepped out of the car, every person I met was gracious, kind and attentive to my needs. The staff greeted me with a warm welcome and special drinks. The room was spotlessly clean (which I take very seriously when I travel). My butler (Prashant) paid attention to every little detail including the fact that I said I couldn’t wait to try the mangos because the season was starting. When I came back to my room, there were fresh mangos waiting for me. Everything was beautifully displayed and the attention to detail was unparalleled. Prashant helped me plan my activities while I was there and made sure everything happened seamlessly. The serving staff also provided exceptional service making sure that I had everything I needed and more. What also impressed me tremendously was the staff calling my tour guide to make sure I was drinking enough and well taken care of. You won’t regret booking this hotel. It’s an experience of a lifetime.

Thankyou to all the staff at Raffles Udaipur for making our stay truly memorable and special. We felt such kindness, care and warmth from everyone, ensuring our experience was extraordinary. We appreciated the attention to detail, the little surprises and unexpected moments they created for us and the dining experiences were exceptional. Thankyou to Ms Manali for taking care of us and a very special Thankyou to Koushik our butler . The property in itself is unique and beautiful, but it was the staff that made our time there truly unforgettable. I highly recommend this hotel for those seeking luxury with a warm and inviting atmosphere.

We had our reservation in sawai of Raffles Udaipur. All it was not less than once in life experience with good food and even greater hospitality by Miss. Sonam Mr. Pradeep and amazingly prepared food by Miss Tanya. Pre-ordered Rajasthani thali was complete blend of unique rajasthani food culture. All just amazing. Thank you Raffles, Udaipur for such a lovely evening experience.

I would go back here in a heartbeat!! We had the most amazing time - no complaints :) I was treated like a princess here from the beginningPriyanka was so kind and attentive, she gave us amazing recommendations and was always there for my family and l if we ever needed anything. I got a massage here as well as a haircut + blowout and both were phenomenal!! The food and cocktails were also exceptional, everything was made in house and you can tell how much love and care they put into everything. Will for sure be coming back here soon
