World class service, more than that very personalized
In fact, we had some sickness in the family and the hotel was very "homely", took care of the kids like their own
Facilities were really good
Food was wholesome, when we ordered a dish, several snacks, salad etc were offered in addition to the entree
I would recommend this "palace" to anyone wanting to have an experience of feeling like royalty or family

Exceptional hotel the moment you arrive . We were escorted from airport to hotel by the hotel and by private boat . Truly outstanding in every aspect. Cannot fault anything and a must visit place . The hotel itself is phenomenal in design , architecture and ambience. Service and food above and beyond expectations. Probably one of the best hotels we have visited .

We had an amazing stay at oberoi udaivillas! The rooms were comfortable and clean, the staff were friendly and attentive, and the amenities were top-notch. The resort's serene atmosphere and beautiful surroundings made it the perfect getaway. We enjoyed the sunset boat ride, spa, pool, & dining. Special thanks to Simran for the warm welcome and creating itinerary for the day. Highly recommend for a relaxing and rejuvenating vacation!!!

Staying at Udaivilas felt like living in a royal dream. The lake-facing room was pure magic — waking up to the still waters of Lake Pichola with birds and soft sunlight was surreal. The room was spacious, elegant, and designed for absolute comfort. A special shoutout to Asmi Chopra, whose warmth and attention to detail made the stay even more memorable. Her help throughout was genuinely appreciated. If you're visiting Udaipur, this place is not just a stay — it's a feeling. Peaceful, luxurious, and unforgettable.

This place is incredibly relaxing and authentic. Staff are amazing, food is excellent. Even though 20 years old, everything seems brand new. beautiful, massive park areas and great privacy even at semi-private pool area. Thanks so much to all Oberoi staff members!!
