* **Hotel Condition:**
Hotel Savera, Room No 102.
The hotel provided was extremely unsanitary.
1. We observed insects in our room.
2. Basic amenities such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, hand wash, soap, and face towels were not provided. We also noted cigarette burn spots on the bedsheets, indicating improper cleaning.
3. The breakfast quality did not meet the expected standards for a 3-star hotel.
4. We also discovered a "stapler pin in the breakfast", which was immediately brought to the attention of the hotel staff, but no action was taken.

Firstly, the room was not cleaned properly, with dirty towels and trash left behind. I reported this to the front desk, but it took them over an hour to send someone to clean the room.
Furthermore, the air conditioning in the room was not working, making it uncomfortable to sleep. Despite my request to fix it, the issue was not resolved during my stay.
The hotel's response to my complaints was disappointing, with no apology or offer to compensate me for the inconvenience.
Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The lack of attention to cleanliness and maintenance, combined with poor customer service, made for a disappointing stay."

The rooms were not clean according to 3 start mentioned. Blanket and bed sheet was super dirty. You won’t even feel good while see it. Light problems and no power backup in washrooms. No parking facilities, you will need to park outside and not safe to park there. While booking your meal be careful they will provide you limited quality, it’s better to have outside there are plenty of restaurants

If you are looking for a budget stay then it is a good hotel located in city centre. Services were good and most importantly the staff was cooperative which is the most crucial thing for travellers. I recommend others for stay if you are looking for a budget hotel.

Stay three nights in hotel. The hotel located in prime location of city and having facility of own restaurant. The hotel is maintaining proper hygiene and sanitation and food quality as well as there services is excellent.
